Flavone’s were great to work with. They were prompt in submitting a fair & reasonable bid for replacement of the HVAC system. All of the technicians were prompt, polite & knowledgeable, answering all of my questions. They left the worksite spotless after thoroughly checking that system worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend them & will use them for some upcoming plumbing work.

Called for appointment and received a time for 8 to 10 am. By 10;30 no one showed up or called so I called and left a message. When I was called back I said it was too late my morning was wasted I went to another company.

I called Falcone Plumbing because I had a toilet that was phantom flushing at all hours of the day and night. After talking to Mike on the phone, he scheduled his team for the same day. Stephen arrived with a mask and booties on. He was prompt, courteous and and very knowledgeable. Since Stephen was here repairing the phantom flusher, I had him replace the ball float on the master bedroom toilet too. Falcone plumbing came highly recommended and now I see why. I would definitely call Falcone again should another issue pop up.

Mike Falcone and his team did a fantastic job installing HVAC in our home. They were courteous and informative when explaining what the job entailed, and they kept us apprised of their progress. At the end of each day, the job site was clean. The project was completed on schedule and the pricing was very fair. Impressive operation.

Last summer, or AC stopped working on a Sunday. I left Falcone a voicemail on Sunday night. Got a call back first thing Monday morning. By 9:45am their technician was here. He checked the AC unit and replaced the capacitor. Responsive, quick and professional. We were happy to have our AC back. Would definitely use Falcone again.

Our water heater went out less than two years after acquiring it. Called Falcone and they were out right away and replaced the heating unit and got it back up and running. Steve the service man was great and went out of his way to find the part locally and get us back up and running same day. The part is under warrantee and they did not charge us for it even though they sourced it themselves rather than sending it back to the manufacturer. Did everything you'd want to solve the issue!

A pipe in our house burst on Christmas Eve day. Falcone had someone out to my house very quickly. They got the leak fixed and were very knowledgable about how to solve the problem!

They are very reputable, a couple summers ago our AC went out. We had a different company come out. They said we needed a new AC unit at a cost of ~$15K. We called Falcone for a competing quote. Falcone determined that we didn't need a new unit at all. They fixed the existing unit. We had working AC again and it was an easy fix!

Mike Falcone gave me a reasonable quote for installing a new AC/Heating System for our house. Mike even made an offer without losing any of my build it cabinets and closet space. Even though the installation took longer than expected, Mike’s guys (Tim, Alan & the rest) were always professional, prompt & ready to answer any questions you throw at them. I highly recommend Mike and his team, you won’t be disappointed!

I can't say enough good things about the Falcone team, in particular Tim and Alan. We got multiple competitive quotes and are so happy to have chosen them. I can honestly say that they were the most professional, courteous, and polite people we've ever had do anything on our house - ever. They adjusted schedules, worked tirelessly, and did all the little things to make sure the job (installation of 2 new furnaces and air conditioners) provided as little disruption as possible. I cannot recommend them highly enough - they were outstanding.

Falcone have been our go-to plumbers and A/C specialists for years. A few years back they moved an air-conditioning unit for us at a reasonable cost and in a timely manner. Just this last week we had an issue with our air-conditioning that Allen was able to resolve in less than 5 minutes and at NO COST! You can't beat this kind of customer service!

Mike sent Daniel to clean and check the furnace at my home yesterday. We were impressed! Daniel was thorough, courteous, and professional. He arrived early in the alloted time and stayed until almost 6 pm to complete the job. He gave us good advice regarding the care of the filters, etc and wrote up a very complete summary of the service on the invoice. Scheduling the visit was handled very well by Mike in spite of a few snags. Overall, I highly recommend them and will call them in future!

Super fast response time and incredible service. We lost our Air during the last heat wave at my parents house and Mike made time for them by coming out the same day to diagnose the problem. The Christmas Eve Miracle performed by Kevin!!! Our HVAC unit stopped working last night. This morning I call two HVAC contractors that I have used in the past, with no response. Then I did a Google search and found Falcone Plumbing Plumbing, Heating & AC. The reviews were 5 Stars, so I gave them a call. These guys are amazing!!! Kevin came to my home within 45 minutes from my call, determined the problem, was able to find the part, went and picked it up, then installed it. All of this within 3 hours of my call on Christmas Eve. Kevin and Falcone Plumbing Plumbing, Heating & AC are now on my speed dial for all my future HVAC needs. Honestly, they desire 6 Stars. AC was made to work, but made to work well is a negative. It quickly continued to have problems again. A slight rust on the upper edge of a capacitor was said to be at fault, the prongs in contact had no rust. The company charged $225 for a capacitor that is listed for $14.45 on amazon, on top of the diagnostic fee of $135. The AC still does not work properly, I'm giving my business to someone else who can properly diagnose the issue and not charge for $360 for half an hour and a basic capacitor installation.

Today Falcone come to my house to replace the focets of my 2 bathrooms.
He was on time 8am sharp front my door. I was impressed by his ponctuality and profesionalism.
He said that the job will take him couple hours to fix then replace them, he delivered like a machine.
During his work he showed twice what he is doing and updated me with the progress and couple advise to get the best outcome.
After finishing he cleaned everything . I liked the most beside his good work his attitude. Very positive attitide and good customer service with a big smile.

Falcone Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning have been helping us maintain and improve our '50s-vintage home for more than ten years. Their work has ranged from major to minor, including replacement of the original sewer lateral, replacement of other water supply and waste lines, installation of central air conditioning, water heater replacement and a number of less complex repair and replacement jobs that I wasn't comfortable attempting myself. UPDATE 11/3/2020: When my mother-in-law’s furnace wouldn’t start, we knew who to call. A Falcone technician named Mizael arrived at her home well within the two-hour window in which we were told to expect him, and he was polite and professional. I noted that he was wearing a disposable face covering correctly during the entire job. That’s worthy of mention for any customer in these times, but since he was coming into an older person’s home it was especially important.

Mizael quickly determined that the electric igniter in the furnace had burned out, and he showed me the failed part. He had to depart briefly to obtain an OEM replacement. With a new igniter, the furnace started and operated perfectly.

Before completing the job, Mizael used instruments to check for carbon monoxide (CO) and natural gas leaks around the furnace. He didn’t detect any CO, but he did detect a very small natural gas leak where the flexible supply line connects to the furnace. After he inspected and tightened that connection, the leak was eliminated. I appreciate his making those important safety checks and explaining them for our peace of mind.

Mike and his crew were swamped but Mike found time in between two different jobs when one was finished early. Mike called me personally and said if I had time he could send a guy out immediately, of course I said yes. We can live without our AC!!! His man was able to diagnose the problem and get us up an running . My wife says he helped out with other issues and would give him a 10 star if we could. I agree!

I have used Mike Falcone and his team many times for.my residence as well as my rental property. They are fast and efficient and always do an excellent job. They always exceed my expectations. I would highly recommend them!

Hot water heater broke in the evening - called Mike Falcone the next day. They made time in their schedule early in the morning to get it replaced. Super nice crew Cory and Topenga (Ok, the other guys name likely wasn't Topenga, but I forgot) came on time and got the new unit in ahead of schedule. Really happy and showered.
