A simple job to change a cartridge in the faucet, he charged me nearly $500. This business is over charging.

We had a late-night emergency at one of our commercial plazas where a main line was gushing water into our parking lot. Local Rooter and Plumbing was able to send someone down to plug it up so our tenants could have access to water again and we scheduled the repair for first thing in the morning. Made what could have been a very stressful situation into an easily managed problem. Would use them again.

Plumbing work can be costly (and this company is reasonable IMHO), you might as well get a top notch/reputable company to do the work!

Note: I have a BS in Civil Engineering and have done a LOT of my own home repairs over the years - I just don't do plumbing (but I do understand it).

Work Details: I originally called Bueno Plumbing to remove a failed cross-over valve at my hot-water heater (an uncommonly used valve that effectively acts as a anti-scald valve for the entire house - it had failed wide open in the cold position and was preventing hot water from getting to the rest of the house). This work was done professionally and for a reasonable price (and completely resolved the hot water issue).

Unfortunately removing that valve exposed a water-hammer issue with the copper piping in our home (it was repiped 20+ years ago and in hind-sight the valve had been gradually failing over the last 10+ years we have been in the house since we have now been able to greatly reduce the temperature on the hotwater heater). Thus began a cycle of trouble-shooting the water-hammer problem (which was not easily reproducible but would often wake me in the middle of the night). Note: The business owner said it was probably an unsecured pipe to begin with, but it would likely require opening walls up which could be costly. A number of repairs (to include opertunistic repares) were done without opening the walls. Most of this work needed to be done and there isn't anything that I would undo. All of this eliminated the loud water-hammer, but we still had an occassional soft knocking/vibrating noise in the pipes a couple of times a day, but now the location seemed to be fairly obvious. Today they showed up (the morning after I called them), looked into the area I believed to be the source of the problem and strapped the suspected pipes (pipes could easily be moved by hand and get a knock) - and to top it off, this visit was complimentary (pipes were behind a small access panel - plumber was agile enough to reach where I could not and do the work). So, add generous to the list of positive attributes for this business.

Came out and unclogged my toilet, charged me $900!!!i am very thankful for the professional service but the cost to do this is outrageous. $900!!!! OUCHThis was done in the later evening and did not have another option and agreed to the service and charge.Update: I went to see the work and this is how they left the toilet. This is just ridiculous! See pictures, didn't cut the bolts and did not caulk the toilet like he said he would. Left a mess, awful!!

Literally, one of the best experiences I've had with both customer service and install. Judy is an amazing customer rep, that had me laughing and joking in the first minute of conversation. The techs they sent were both extremely professional, prompt, and respectful. I will say that if you use this service, you're paying for the absolute best in quality that your money can buy and it really shows in every step of this process. It was completely hassle free and I appreciate that.

They canceled on Monday because someone twisted their ankle, they canceled on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday because they had no parts, (a toilet handle and a seal) they cancelled on Friday because they had no plumber available. We fired them. They NEVER phone you to say they are not coming, you sit at home in a 4 hour window day after day waiting. Then you phone them for the latest excuse.........

What a great experience! From talking to Jeni on the phone, Marty showing up the same day to assess the water heater, and then the crew who came and installed the new unit the next day, I couldn't be happier! Their collective professionalism, integrity and knowledge was refreshing and informative. I knew absolutely nothing about water heaters, but now feel educated enough to know what to do next time. 08/12/21-Called at noon & Wilver, Repair Tech came by 1:30pm. He was able to swap out my old with a new water heater, as well as, haul the old one away. It took him 1 1/2 hours to complete and it was glorious to have hot water again (after one week...argh). Cost was $1,400 (parts, labor & haul away). The good news was we were able to get a refund for half the cost at Home Depot due to warranty. Very thankful for his help and would use him again.

Ricardo Torres is the plumber you want!! Ricardo was able to successfully diagnose and repair our emergency plumbing problems. The first plumber I called in was more expensive and did not fix the issue at all (he came in twice, because of the problem came back and he was under warranty). Ricardo and GoGo Rooter were able to get it done fast, professionally and at a cheaper price than the first guy! Ricardo Torres is very experienced, he was also nice enough to point out some things he noticed for the future with our plumbing. If anything goes wrong again I know who I'm gonna call...

Plumbtree was excellent to work with. They:
- fit us in immediately when we told them we didn't have hot water
- came exactly on time
- sent emails/texts when they were on the way
- didn't overcharge
- gave us all the information we asked for, didn't try to trick us into choosing something more expensive
- finished that day, after hours, so that we'd have hot water that night
- wore masks and booties

We had a clogged shower and sink for a while now, we called two other plumbers who came on took the money but their services were useless.
Called this one and was praying AND this time it finally worked! Problem fixed!!! Shower sink flow beautiful.
