Bobby Mata came back today from MC Plumbing and serviced our shower temperature valve which sounds simple enough but its an important part to the regulation of hot/cold water flow from the water source. Bobby finished, showed me the finished work, great job and even showed me how to do this in the future. Its like searching You Tube but live and in color. I could ask questions. Price, totally reasonable and very courteous, professional, well dressed, well mannered. I've worked with a few plumbers over the years for this and that but really happy i called on MC Plumbing and even better, Bobby Mata worked on my problem at home. If their technicians at MC Plumbing are like Bobby, then MC Plumbing is the place to call when you need quality service for your plumbing needs. By the way, office staff were all very helpful, courteous, confirmation calls, helped me even reschedule once leading up to the service today. They came out last week to replace my water heater they didn’t charge to much I paid for professional clean service and they were also very nice I didn’t feel uncomfortable with them in my house over all great service

This company is a big scam. I called yesterday to see if they have free estimate for inspection, but the lady said there's $50.00 fee for inspection. I agreed then she asked what is the issues? I told her per property inspector, ABS drain lines in master bathroom and kitchen are cracks and leaks. There's a young guy showed up next day, I showed him the pictures of those 2 drain lines from inspection report. He went down to crawl space then came up within 5 mins and told me I need to pay for additional fee to inspect the kitchen. He said the $50.00 is only for him to show up not for inspection. I don't pay $50.00 just for someone to show up. This is very unethical and dishonest company!!!!! Please be careful with this company..

Water quality plumber was very responsive, came to do the repair just before Thanksgiving holiday. Luckily my water heater was under warranty (for the expensive parts); their plumber quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the pilot light malfunction problem.
