Local Rooter is my favorite plumber. They've successfully fixed a leaky pipe, replaced a garbage disposal, and descaled my water heater. I've gotten a different staff member each time, but they were responsive, transparent, and effective. Will definitely be calling them next time. Thank you guys!

Excellent service run with honesty. My water heater had given out and I called Chandlers Plumbing for an estimate. Ishmael gave me a straightforward out the door price for replacement over the phone, and he said he could come in within an hour and replace it. Decided to go with Chandlers Plumbing, Ishmael showed up within an hour and got my water heater replaced and up and running. I got the impression that Ishmael runs his business with honesty and integrity, and would recommended for other to go with Chandlers Plumbing without any hesitation!!!

A new shower stall was required, after the floor pan on the existing shower had a leak. Abel and team provided options and recommendations, and ordered a cultured marble shower pan and sides - plus the installation. The did not want my business. Never called me back to schedule a service call (I contacted on Sunday and Monday) - Tues I get a call that I will get a call when they get the part in.... Guess the part never showed up. Its been a week and still no call, nor an apology if there was a mishap.

I found another plumber who came out the same day (they did carry the part).

Henry is a very professional plumber who can figure out how to fix my shower without enough hot water coming out, just change a part of the shower and no need to break the wall LOL, I am very happy with his work, thank you Henry!

They did a great job re-piping our town house. Very responsible; they promptly came back to patch a drywall cutout they missed (inside a cabinet) even after we paid them. I wish all contractots are like them!

I've never written a review before but Giovani did such a superb job that I had to! My house of horrors from the 1960s has seen more than it's fair share of plumbers coming through but hands down, San Jose Drain and Main is the real deal. My 13 year old son (who doesn't know his own strength) broke the shower handle. Unfortunately, it wasn't as simple as replacing the shower handle as the shower cartridge was stuck and the valve needed to be replaced. I contacted 7 plumbers before I reached out to Giovani and they all said the tile had to be broken in order to access the valve and replace it. Giovani said he wasn't sure if he had to break the tile but he would try to avoid it. He ran through his proposed solution with me and it made sense so I had Giovani come back another day after he bought the parts. He came on time as promised and took out the old cartridge and valve and welded the new valve into a very tight space (see picture) without having to break the tile! He gave me a quote at the beginning of the job and even though it took way longer than anticipated (he was here from 2 pm to 7:30 pm), he still stuck to his original quote. Now, that's what I call service and a job well done! Thank you Giovani and San Jose Drain and Main!!!

I was referred to Allstar Plumbing by my neighbor who went through disastrous plumbing issues and was impressed with the results and competitive pricing they gave him. I was glad for the referral. Although my issue was not as severe, I agree with his assessment.
