Willow Glen Electric damaged my roof during the upgrade of our electrical panel and power line, but refused to accept responsibility, even though the roof leaked exactly where they were working. There are a lot of other good electricians in the South Bay, steer clear of these guys.

Update (2022): More bad. Willow Glen Electric didn’t install nail plate in wall for new EV outlet (cut corners), meaning 220 cable was unprotected from nails (not to code). Also didn’t replace roof jack. Current electricians told me those are warning signs of poor workmanship.

Jay is an outstanding electrician and a very considerate and caring individual. He came out to our house for an emergency situation a couple years ago when half our electricity went out and discovered that the main fuse in the outside service panel had failed. Even though Jay was extremely busy that weekend, he fit us in and provided excellent service just in time to host 35 relatives that Easter. This evening, Jay kindly took time out of his busy schedule and came to the rescue again on another emergency. Our heater and both bathroom lights stopped working in our condo rental. Jay discovered and resolved the problem just in time for our tenants to move in tomorrow. Jay is the most knowledgeable, reliable and kindest electrician around. Thank you Jay for always taking such great care of us!!!

We were pleased just to find an electrician willing to come and support us out with installing some new fixtures. But Dean did more than enhance our home as he found several electrical connections that were not up to code. Dean completed our desired changes and corrected the deficiencies with extreme efficiency. He is a wizard. And a nice guy to boot. Top Shelf all around.

Washer is not worth to repair

A electrical crisis is bad enough - especially when it happens at 6pm. CA electrical group immediately responded and sent me a crew in less than an hour. I had a bad blow out and they managed to repair and replace the electrical panel without much damage to my home. They were very responsive and followed up after replacing my electric panel to ensure permits were issued and the problem fully resolved. Will definitely use them in the future. Great working with Idan and Omri.

I called Bao to have my GFCI check which doesn't work and he showed up 10 minutes later. Not only he was very honest and knowledgeable, he let you see and explain everything he does which most other contractors or electricians don't even want you behind them doing the work. Also he didn't mind me asking for other ideas what should be done in the house. All these for a very reasonable price. To top it all, he did the work on his Birthday... He is highly recommended and would use more his services in the future.. HAPPY BIRTHDAY BAO.......
