I had to get some information regarding my equipment and they were able to pull it up and send it over in a timely manor. They definitely helped me while I was in a pinch. The office staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Manny was very friendly and resolved the flapper replacement quickly. He also checked out the installation of a hot water circulation pump which was not working properly. He advised that we had internal plumbing issues which would require issues that would require by the hour charges to sort out.

They were available to come on short notice, quickly located the leak and repaired. Fast and efficient.

I moved into an apartment and found that the tub in our master bathroom was clogged and took hours to drain. I contacted the local router late at night and they arranged to arrive the next day between 9-10am. Jaime came to our rescue and was totally professional and explained everything he was doing as our previous plumbers didn't talk to us. Even the tub was thoroughly cleaned when he was done. I would definitely call the local router. Overall great service.

Couldn’t Be Happier...

I hired Bueno Plumbing and Rooter to provide Leak Detection service based on a report from the City of Sunnyvale that the meter was constantly spinning. The city representative suggested there may be a possible leak. Edgar Luna was the plumber assigned to the job. He first checked toilets for leaks, asked if there was a large increase on my bill and then suggested not using water for 10 min to see if the meter continued to spin. I explained to Edgar that we recently had tenants move into the ADU in back and both houses use the same water meter. One of the tenants had just finished taking a shower. Once water was not used for 10 min Edgar was able to determine that the meter had fact stopped spinning and there was no leak. Edgar is a great problem solver who does not blinded diagnose an issue without clearly evaluating all possibilities. Truly he is a genius, very knowledgeable, and trustworthy! Did I mention he also provides great service, workmanship and is reasonably priced?

Carlos came out and helped unclog our toilets just in time to use them for a Superbowl watch party. Hero indeed! Carlos was steady, detailed, and took care of the issue. He even pointed out a different cleanout (stuccoed and painted over by previous owners) I didn't know was there. The customer experience team who dispatched him were great too. Needed a plumber with experience and they have been around for a long time. They were able to fix the toilet in no time and were also able to do some other plumbing work for me. The blocked drains issue was resolved without any problems as well!

They charged $350 to unclog a toilet. I asked for a receipt of the work done and did not get one. Bad communication.

We used $15 Sewer and drain for our commercial prevention maintenance on our restrooms at our Biotechnology company in San Jose.
They were on site when promised, fast, courteous and very accommodatimg given slight changes of our needs at the time of the project.

We called to have a sub-pump replaced and was quoted $1347 but they did provide what the breakdown of what that was - but offered a month warranty. Is it normal not to get a written estimate of a break down of costs? We also asked for 1 valve to be replaced and was quoted $779. It seems high? I hav put in may sub-pumps for a lot less that 1300.

Did a great job repairing our backflow device and submitting the required test report to San Jose Water.

Henry & Martin were prompt & easy to work with. Tub & Shower fixture installation was completed to my satisfaction. Suggest researching & purchasing all fixtures and having them pre- approved by plummer for your installation before the job is scheduled.
There is some variation in metal finishes between manufacturers,
worth the effort to pre-purchase and compare with other fixtures in home
before plummer installation.
