After spending a good amount of money to add two clean outs and repairs to part of the sewer line, we ended up with kitchen and washer drain backups. Not being able to reach the company, we found your company in Yelp. We were so lucky to have Freddy Ponce come out. His kindness and understanding and professionalism led us to have him to snake the drain. After talking with him we went with his suggestion to have Sal Sandoval come out to take pictures and they came up with several estimates for future work. These two are the most kind and professional technicians we have met in a long time. When it is time to have the work done we will definitely go with RooterHero. Thank you for sending Freddy our way. Mr. Rooter called back the first and said no one would be able to come by tonight. Few mins. later another person called and said Ruben would be onsite within the hour. Ruben came a little later than an hour but Ruben was very polite and professional. He took care of the drain problem within 30 mins. of arrival. Would use Mr. Rooter again and recommend them.

Angel came out for a backed up drain and gave us an estimate for a 2-hour job. Five hours later - after they discovered that part of the problem was related to a bathroom remodel we had done a couple of years ago - they fixed the problem…and only charged us the amount of the original estimate. Angel and his co-worker Martin were professional and hardworking and we will definitely call them again!

I left work early today due to some back pain. Thinking I was coming home to take a warm bath to lossen up my back muscles, and surprise the water heater is out.... After trying to fix it myself I immediately called Able. He called me back within 10 minutes, we discussed the issue and he came right over. We just purchased a new washer and dryer set and had it installed buy the company we purchased from. The installation guy did a great job, but after a few days we noticed the smell of gass In our garage, did a soap test on the connection and found a small leak coming out of the connection valve. I immediately got ahold of Able, keeping mind this was late Sunday morning, he quickly texted me back saying he would be here Monday morning. He showed up on time and quickly assessed and replaced the valve. I couldn't be happier with the service we got. Very professional! They showed up on time and made sure I was always aware of what was going on, they also made sure we had some sort of working water when they were done for the day. Work was done very quickly but it definitely wasn't rushed. Able and his team are amazing and will definitely be my go to for plumbing problems and projects! Plus my new shower is amazing!!

The technician Macielle Rivera has very poor standards , he was supposed to physically come between 1-3pm and he called at 4:14 pm and seemed in a hurry and randomly quoting me some price , I was explaining him to come and diagnose so that he gets an accurate idea of the problem and then we can discuss price , he mentioned that was rude and got into an argument , I had to forgo his services because of the poor standards and disrespectful behavior

We were very happy with their services. They came on time. Finished work in time. Tim Vu did out repairs. He was on time, professional and courteous. Work was done in timely manner.

I had an issue with my bath drain stinking for the last two months. Two appointments and $250 in warranty call charges (each for about five minutes with so called technicians who claimed the smell was just something random and would go away if I pour hot water! Yeah right ! ) led to no changes and my bath stinking everyday and the wife cussing every day :) Finally , I called Giovani to check it out. He quickly identified the issue and spent time explaining what was going on. Trust me , this man knows plumbing. He’s the best out there , takes extreme pride in his workmanship and his customer service is top notch, very rare to find qualities in today’s world. And if you are lucky enough , you will have the added bonus of chatting with him about just any topic on earth. I had one of the most interesting & impromptu conversations about “Culture” and I was so refreshed with his perspective on life! I joked that he should have his podcast! ( Seriously though , he should !). Hire him for his professionalism, eye for detail , obsession over customer satisfaction & honesty. You will not be disappointed.

My dog is a total menace and needs to let everyone know he’s in the room. I wasn’t sure how the tech would feel, and I was willing to put him away but the repair guy was very nice and absolutely comfortable around the dog. He just had such a nice calm demeanor and I appreciated the lack of drama.
