I only gave them one star because I had to. This company is so disrespectful. I booked and appointment Thursday between 4pm and 6pm. 6:05pm no one showed yet. I text the owner no response. 7:05pm I left the owner a voicemail stating no one showed. It's now Saturday and no one has gotten back to me. I also looked up bad reviews and found a few one stating this company over charges and one where they stated work was needed to be done but was not needed. This company is not in the BBB. Please do your research before hiring this company.

I have been using Genmor Plumbing for years and they are the best in town. I can't say enough good things about them. They always come on time, fix my problem in a timely manner, and don't leave without making sure that everything is back to where it should be. Their prices are reasonable and you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend

It is very rare for me to award five star reviews. In this case it is warranted.

I first called Best Bay Plumbing to replace the water line from the meter to the house. The old line was cast iron and had rusted to the point it was leaking.

First they contacted the city and got emergency permission to setup a temporary stopgap to supply water to the house through a hose. They did this on the same day I contacted them.

Two days later they came and installed a replacement line. The work was completed in a couple of hours and the area completely restored.

I was also installing a hot water heater at the time. Work that I had no experience doing. They were willing to answer my questions and even returned to my house a couple of times to give advice all free of charge.

It is rare to find such an honest and capable contractor as Best Bay Plumbing and Rooter.

From Judy to Joel, the whole experience was pleasant, affordable, and quick. Very responsive and communicative.

I called with an emergency job, the dispatcher promised they would call back that day, they never did. Wound up using someone else.

We faced an issue with a blockage in our main line. The front office was quick and responsive. The technician Thomas N. was professional, he answered all of our questions, took the time to explain the issue, the various solutions (its risk and benefits). He gave us tips on how to best prevent re-occurence of the issue. He was excellent and this company is great, will definitely go back to R.P.S plumbing for any plumbing needs that may arise.

Our hot water stopped working and I contacted Wilver, who I have used many times in the past. He assessed the problem promptly and recognized that the water heater had failed. He gave us a very good price and was able to make time for us to get a new water heater up and running again very quickly. He did a great job and we were very grateful for his attentive service.
