My problem was very professionally handled

We had another estimate and I called their office, talked to General Manager and they met the price of the other estimate we received, super easy guy to deal with. Roy and the crew came out next day and completed the work, great job.

I called Chandler Plumbing on a Thursday morning to address a leaking shower faucet for hopefully that day. Chandler Plumbing came recommended from Google Home Services so I though I would give them a chance.

I gave them a ring and the person who answered was great. A plumber was scheduled to arrive and I even received an email and text messages confirming such. I called at 8am and the plumber was to arrive between 9 - 10am. So far, so good!

The plumber arrived around 9:15 and within 5 minutes of looking at the leak the plumber had a diagnosis and remedy in mind. Having done some research myself I asked him to check a few other possibilities of the cause. Sure enough, it was a leaky call and stem as I suspected.

The plumber was able to locate a replacement/repair kit and within 30 minutes the leak was fully repaired.

Kevin Bueno helped us fix our broken shower. Kevin was very quick, brought the parts with him, gave us an estimate and was professional. He is knowledgeable and gave us tips about shower maintenance and care. He was also kind enough to answer all of our questions about water filtration system and was not pushy.

Three drains cleaned and cleared with the main requiring root clearing. Jonathan was thorough and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to have him back if I needed my drains cleared and cleaned in the future.

Giovani did an expert job. He was thorough, responsive and offered excellent customer service. He offered above and beyond service.

They are friendly, professional, and quick to get the job done. I had a leaky toilet that needed repair and they fixed it right away.

We just purchased a new kitchen under mount stainless steel sink and motion sensor faucet. Abel was able to immediate size the project and provide an estimate after careful review of what it entailed. There was a lot of reconnections to consider, including a relocation of garbage disposal and water filtration tank. He was very helpful and upfront of the total cost and labor it would take, leaving no surprises for us at the end. The work performed was completed timely and our sink/faucet looks and works beautifully! We are so extremely happy with his work that we contacted him to install our new water heater as well:) Thanks Abel!

First I had problem with pipe leaking at my rental unit so I called Rayne Plumbing and they send Amy. She resolved that super quick. So next time I called I asked for her but she is not longer with Rayne Plumbing. They send Raudel and he was able to find problem and fix it same day. This time I called Rayne to send someone to replace my water heater. Fred come and he did job super quick. He was really professional. I had a water leak in my kitchen. The wood floor was collecting water. I checked with a few plumbing companies and got quotes for thousands of dollars and all kinds of possible problems. Dominick Dahbour from HR silicon valley also stopped by to give me a quick quote. After initial inspection he ran a quick paper towel test underneath the dishwasher and within 10 minutes he figured out that nothing is wrong with plumbing or foundation it's a leaky dishwasher which is dripping water and that is flowing through the wood floor. I am very pleased with the work that David did. David was thorough, had good communication skills and he took the time to an excellent and thorough work. He kept me posted on everything he was doing. David was also great about checking the faucets and everything he worked on ensure sure everything was working properly before he wrapped up. The first thing I noticed was his professionalism and good manners. I'm very happy I called RPS Plumbing.

They did a great job in installing a new water heater and water softener at our house.

It’s not always easy to get a good plumber - and when you need one, you probably REALLY need one. We’ve used San Jose Drain and Main multiple times, and each time they have been outstanding! They fixed several different random plumbing issues (shower leak, clogged sink leak, recirculation pump involving copper repair…our house is aging) but both Giovani and Sam have been responsive, professional and friendly as well. These guys know what they’re doing, fixing our problems and stress. Classy outfit, highly recommend.
