Crown fixed a leaking pipe leading to my kitchen sink. It involved having to cut into a wall to access the leaking section of pipe, cut it out and replacing it. Crown did all the work, including patching the wall and texturing the drywall, in a day. I was only responsible for painting the section of wall that was repaired. No big deal. Otherwise, the work was timely and professional. The tech cleaned everything up before he left and everything was good as new. I can’t really say if the rate I paid was competitive but it seemed reasonable and the important thing is that the work was done quickly and professionally so I was pretty happy with everything.

I found the leaking on the ceiling. Call Local Rooter to check on and get a quote. Duey showed up at 3pm. He's been able to find out the leaking issue in 10 mins after he arrived. He was nice and professional.

Kevin responded to my call for help on a clogged sewage pipe that caused multiple drains to back up in a rental property. He showed up promptly, diagnosed the issue and cleared the clog in under an hour. I didn’t even have to be on site as he took care of interacting with the tenants. Highly recommend.

I live in a building with 8 units. Saturday evening we got in touch with Rooter Hero and they stayed until 11pm looking for the cause of a sewage blockage affecting the entire building. During the investigation, something was obstructing their drain snake so they had to return with a camera. 9am Sunday was the soonest that could happen. David, Nick and Jeronimo were there from 9am to 6pm Sunday manually cutting up the asphalt and digging a hole at least 5’ deep to replace a piece of pipe in the sewer lateral that was crushed due to earlier construction work (by a different company). They were very professional the whole time and they met their estimate of being finished by EOD Sunday. Would not hesitate to call them for any plumbing work again - inside or outside the building.

Your company had sent technicians four times and they still couldn't fix this drainage problem and left me with no solutions and waisted my time and inconvenience of my tenants....

I also called in this morning 06/22/2022 at around 9ish or so and raked to a lady and promised that will email me the reports and also have someone call me back for explanation of the issues and not yet to get any calls nor the email. She mentioned that they will do it asap.
No nothing yet.

He also left me with no reports as he promised to do. He took my credit card information and when I asked him how much he never answered that question and changed me. When I checked my credit card charges I noticed that there is a charge pending for $415.
I'm going to place a complaint if this changes are not reversed until he comes and fix the problem.

Rayne has serviced our small complex several times. I called last night with a blocked storm drain and they did a great job. Bill called me back (from their answering service) in 5 minutes, we discussed the problem, he gave an estimated charge, and he arrived in under an hour. He was able to find + fix the problem (roots in the drain pipe) in about 15 minutes, and then spent the full hour cleaning as much of our drain piping as possible. Bill was clearly an expert at what he was doing, gave good advice on what preventative maintenance we should do in the future, and after this experience I'd recommend him + Rayne to anyone.

On time and on budget ! Had a few minor quality issues.

Had low water pressure throughout the house for both hot and cold water. Giovani was very responsive and asked detailed questions over the phone regarding the issue. He arrived early and waited patiently for us. He replaced the water pressure reducing valve quickly and explained how it works. Thanks Giovani! It was a pleasure working with him, we would definitely reach out to him again if we have any plumbing issues.

My dog is a total menace and needs to let everyone know he’s in the room. I wasn’t sure how the tech would feel, and I was willing to put him away but the repair guy was very nice and absolutely comfortable around the dog. He just had such a nice calm demeanor and I appreciated the lack of drama.
