Called them for sump pump repair, they wanted 197 to come and take a look. I said okay and they looked at it and quoted 2,600 dollars to fix a small sump pump that is in the floor. They pack 500 percent margin or more for a job as simple as this. I will get it fixed myself. If you would like to throw money, you can sure hire them.

It was extremely easy to schedule with Local Rooter. Jaime was dispatched to my site and he arrived earlier than expected but he called me to confirm if he could come at that time. My house had a terrible smelling after remodeling, but I could not find out what it come from. Jaime walked through the house and checked out the plumbing system.
After looking under the house, Jaime concluded that the cause was likely due to a missing p-trap behind the washer. He gave me the quote and did a great job after agreeing with the cost. I was pleased when the smell disappeared completely.

The employee, Michael Presler came out within the time window they gave me. He explained what was going on, in a way I would be able to understand. He had fixed the leak, in an timely manner, along with cleaning up more than what he had left. He was also kind enough to take out my trash bins out to the curb for me. I highly recommend this company, and ask for Michael Presler!! Such a kind gentleman!

This review has been due for some time now. I had Giovanni come to install a Pressure regulator valve and replace older faucet that was leaking in the bath room of my house. Gio was on time, courteous and did an excellent job (as usual).

He even gave us tips on bathroom remodel and few other items related to it. Gio is quite knowledgeable about the work he does I would recommend him for any work. Earthquake straps on water heater too loose for County inspector. Had to get them back to correct.
