Best Pipe Maintenance in San Jose CA

We have a lot of issues with our plumbing, the most urgent being a clog in our bath drain. They came and cleared out our extremely clogged drain. They also found an issue with a pipe running along the bottom of the house. It was loose and it wasn’t strapped to anything. They came back and fixed that issue as well. We will be calling them for our other plumbing issues in the future. Very professional and the job was done quickly.

They were available to come on short notice, quickly located the leak and repaired. Fast and efficient.

Our sewer lines are completely clogged by tree roots and Duey comes within a few hours after call. They first unclog the sewer line so we could use the toilet. After watch the video inside sewer line, the blockage was serious, so we decided to replace all cast iron pipes which are installed back in 1960. The service is very professional and efficient. Within 3 days, we have all old pips replaced, one 2-way clean out installed for future maintenance, very satisfied that we hired Local Rooter for the job.

Amazing service. Josh came out late Friday afternoon to unclog our sewer line, and did a fantastic job. Josh is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Rooter Hero. I called Miracle Plumbing on the suggestion of my contractor. We had a sewer smell coming from our shower. Judy was wonderful to talk to and sent Phil out immediately to assess the problem. He explained possible causes for the smell and then went to work to fix the issue. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

I called R.P.S. Ribbs Premier because I needed a second opinion on a plumbing estimate for broken pipes which caused water damage in my home. From Sarah in the office to Thomas and Jonathan who came to my home, they were friendly, professional, helpful and informative. Working with this plumber was a pleasure - not only did they repair my pipe leak quickly and professionally, but also went above and beyond by bringing kitty litter to absorb the moisture. I'm sure that any future plumbing issues will be resolved just as seamlessly!

I have used Plumbtree twice now, and both times I was happy with their service. I called them for a laundry drain clog that urgently needed to be fixed, and they responded quickly. They sent two technicians (Anthony and Thomas) who not only cabled and flushed the drain, resolving my issue, but also did a quick general inspection - including replacing the flapper valve on my toilet (which was constantly running) and adjusted the lift chain so that it would actually flush correctly… for free! They were polite, professional, wore shoe covers without being asked, and even crawled under the house to make sure there were no leaks or anything, photographing the supply and drain sides for future reference and to gauge anything that needed to be monitored. They had documents and receipts electronically available before leaving and were generally a pleasure to work with.

This past week I requested they return for an estimate to do a complete re-pipe and new water heater, among some other little issues I wanted resolved. Anthony showed up on time, was courteous and professional and spent over an hour inspecting and taking pictures and walking me through everything he was seeing, along with giving pointers and suggestions for different options available.

In the end my experience has been positive and while their prices are higher than average, their service quality reflects it.

Upon my return home yesterday evening, I was dismayed to discover that my garage floor was partially flooded due to a malfunctioning water heater. In response, I contacted Water Heaters Only and spoke with Seth, who graciously scheduled an appointment for today within a four-hour timeframe. The following day, Julio arrived promptly at 8:45 a.m. and conducted himself with professionalism throughout the visit. The repair work was completed with efficiency and proficiency, and Julio provided clear and informative.

The two guys that came were wonderful to deal with, friendly, concise, professional and were able to diagnose the gas leak coming from the outdoor plumbing into the bbq station. They could have pulled the “ oh we don’t do bbq’ fixes” but correctly said it’s the pipe leading to the bbq that was the issue with the regulator which most likely has worn seals, ordered the replacement, after trawling the Bay Area to find one, then coming back to explain the situation and how long it would take to arrive. Once the part arrived, they came by and installed the part, checked to ensure leaks were gone and cleaned up the area before showing me the old part where it leaked from and the seals that were worn . Couldn’t be happier with the service, the people and the general courtesy shown. Can’t recommend highly enough
