We are a family dental office and noticed water coming up from underneath our vinyl plank flooring. Realizing that's probably not a good thing, we called Kevin. He was at our office within a couple of hours to take a look, and quickly diagnosed a blocked P-trap coming from our dental vacuum system. Even though the actual issue was out of the scope of his expertise to repair, he rigged a bypass so that we could remain operational and stop any further damage. He also contacted a water restoration service who showed up at our office an hour later. Even after all that, he refused any sort of payment because he didn't really do anything. He kept us operational so we could finish working on patients for the day and got us started on the road to repair. We consider that kind of service priceless, and would not hesitate to use Kevin Bueno plumbing for future plumbing needs.

We were in an emergency situation where the water was leaking from the water heater like a waterfall. We called several plumbing companies in the area and decided to schedule an appointment with Rooter Hero because of their 4.7 review. We waited and nobody came. We had to follow youtube videos to learn how to stop the water & gas etc. We called them again and they said the appointment was never confirmed. That is how we wasted our day.

Setup an appointment online with Elite Rooter early this morning, regarding a clogged toilet, and Richard (Sr. Service Tech) showed up early in the requested service window, explained the service required, and had the job completed quickly, cleanly, and thoroughly. Best Bay Plumbing has excellent integrity and fair pricing. Today Bay Plumbing repaired my Hot Water Heater. I contacted two other well-known San Jose Plumbing companies before contacting Abel from Best Bay Plumbing. The two well-known companies just wanted to replace the Hot Water Heater since it was ten years old. However, thank goodness for google-searched, I knew that the Hot Water Heater still had good and needed the Theormalcouple replaced. So, on a whim, I left Best Bay Plumbing, and the answering service indicated that a response would be within 15 minutes. Abel contacted me in ten minutes; I shared my issues and what I thought needed to be done, and how a quote to have the Thermocouple replaced. He asked me to send him a picture of the Hot Water Heater so he could provide me with a quote. Sergio arrived on time, was friendly and got to work ASAP, and cleaned up after he was done replacing the Thermocouple. Glad I found Best Bay Plumbing, and now we have hot water.

Adrian originally came out to deal with two separate issues. A leaking hose in one toilet and a less obvious leaking toilet on a second floor that has caused some water damage on the first floor ceiling He diagnosed both and repaired. Less than an week later, one of the toilets started malfunctioning again,. Rayne courteously sent him back out to repair the issue at no additional cost. I consider that excellent customer service. Adrian was very pleasant and courteous. Would recommend and will use again.

Put in a request and they got back very quickly to setup a next day, on-site appt to provide a quote. Tech called the morning of, asking if he could come earlier than scheduled due to an opening. He arrived on time and was very professional. I'm still collecting other competitive bids, but have been impressed by their professionalism and pre-sales service.

This review has been due for some time now. I had Giovanni come to install a Pressure regulator valve and replace older faucet that was leaking in the bath room of my house. Gio was on time, courteous and did an excellent job (as usual).

He even gave us tips on bathroom remodel and few other items related to it. Gio is quite knowledgeable about the work he does I would recommend him for any work. He is priced very well as well which is extremely good for my pocket. Great service at very good price. Thanks Gio for the excellent work.
