Chris did a terrific job of fixing a significant leak under my kitchen sink. The leak appeared in the middle of the night and he got it fixed the next morning. Very thorough job!

Rayne has serviced our small complex several times. I called last night with a blocked storm drain and they did a great job. Bill called me back (from their answering service) in 5 minutes, we discussed the problem, he gave an estimated charge, and he arrived in under an hour. He was able to find + fix the problem (roots in the drain pipe) in about 15 minutes, and then spent the full hour cleaning as much of our drain piping as possible. Bill was clearly an expert at what he was doing, gave good advice on what preventative maintenance we should do in the future, and after this experience I'd recommend him + Rayne to anyone.

Angel came to my house to dianose why the water heater was not working. He quickly determined that the thrmo couple had failed and also noted that the relief valve was leaking. Because the unit was still under warrantee, assisted me in getting the right parts ordered. After I received the parts via FedEx, Angel returned and installed the new parts. The water heater is working good once again. Angel was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and cleaned up very well when he finished his work. I would recommend Angel whenever he is available.

I highly recommend this company. I dealt primarily with the owner Cory, and he was all over my job. We had a very complicated set of circumstances, including a brick driveway that needed to be excavated in order to fix the leak. They handled it really well.The plumbers were very experienced (Keith and Andrew did the work), and very professional. Good guys. They completed my job in a quality manner, Even the concrete guy they used (Ken) did a fine job! Overall a good, neat job. My only issue (which is small) was they were really busy, and sometimes the plumbers had to leave to evaluate another nearby job, but this didn’t affect the work too much. I would use Advanced Quality Plumbing again in a heartbeat!!!!

Steven was so good and really helped our family. We will be using Aarons again!

Falcone Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning have been helping us maintain and improve our '50s-vintage home for more than ten years. UPDATE 11/3/2020: When my mother-in-law’s furnace wouldn’t start, we knew who to call. A Falcone technician named Mizael arrived at her home well within the two-hour window in which we were told to expect him, and he was polite and professional. I noted that he was wearing a disposable face covering correctly during the entire job. That’s worthy of mention for any customer in these times, but since he was coming into an older person’s home it was especially important.

Mizael quickly determined that the electric igniter in the furnace had burned out, and he showed me the failed part. He had to depart briefly to obtain an OEM replacement. With a new igniter, the furnace started and operated perfectly.

Before completing the job, Mizael used instruments to check for carbon monoxide (CO) and natural gas leaks around the furnace. He didn’t detect any CO, but he did detect a very small natural gas leak where the flexible supply line connects to the furnace. After he inspected and tightened that connection, the leak was eliminated. I appreciate his making those important safety checks and explaining them for our peace of mind.
