We reached out to Chandler's to replace our hot water heater and recirculating pump and to see if they could help us to coordinate removing an old, unused water softener and also to replace some damaged sheetrock. They were very polite, quick to get to our home, and technically did a fine job.

The manager or owner and the plumbers at our house were all very polite. They took pride in their work, worked with us to do jobs that were probably beyond their usual scope, and overall we were very happy.

Many plumbers don't strap the water heaters correctly (the lower strap is supposed to be at least 4 from the controls), but this crew did it perfectly.

The one area that could be improved is proactive communication. I did have to keep reaching out to the company to find out what was happening next as there were several steps / visits involved. That said, when I did, the manager or owner responded quickly.

Called this company cause my main drain was backing up. They sent someone out within the hour. Anthony ran a snake through the drain pipe to city main and unclogged it, and made sure everything was fine. I liked the quick response and friendly service. **** because they charged me $479 for something that would have cost me $200.

A new shower stall was required, after the floor pan on the existing shower had a leak. Abel and team provided options and recommendations, and ordered a cultured marble shower pan and sides - plus the installation. Joel was great the only problem is that I think I was overcharged on the valve. Based on similar products at lowes, I was charged $650 for something that should have only been $40.

Rayne has serviced our small complex several times. I called last night with a blocked storm drain and they did a great job. Bill called me back (from their answering service) in 5 minutes, we discussed the problem, he gave an estimated charge, and he arrived in under an hour. He was able to find + fix the problem (roots in the drain pipe) in about 15 minutes, and then spent the full hour cleaning as much of our drain piping as possible. Bill was clearly an expert at what he was doing, gave good advice on what preventative maintenance we should do in the future, and after this experience I'd recommend him + Rayne to anyone.

I felt that the problem was diagnosed quickly and a fair price quoted - directly from their laminated pricing sheet. Hector had all the right tools and the experience to think creatively when older clean-outs would not open. He took the time to make sure it was done right and I am very happy with the service. I could not have been more pleased with the work that Edgar from ARS Rescue Rooter did. I had to have my main water pipe replaced. He explained the process; ensured I had water over the weekend until the work was finished; completed installation in one day; and was able to get the City inspector out the day after the work was completed when It was originally going to take three weeks. He was friendly; very knowledgable; ensured safety issues associated with the project were handled; and provided exceptional customer service. This company over charges compared with the normal price in the Bay Area. The technicians do not seem familiar with the hand work enough and do not know how to pilot light the gas water heater. Instead they suggested replacing it with an extremely pricey quote. I won’t call for their service again.

The rep who came was very responsive to my questions and concerns. We examined several options to remedy our plumbing problem to include cost factors and not only short-term but also long-term considerations. After these discussions we decided on a plan. He was able to complete the job that same day. He called for some assistance for a part of the job which required 2 people. He was very professional—listened well to our needs and explained the situation in laymen’s terms. Great company!

Aaron did a major project for us. He replaced all of the waste pipes and the main sewer line. The work involved removing concrete, digging deep trenches and replacing all of the plumbing. He spent extra time ensuring that the slope of the gravity fed waste and sewer lines was perfect. If the slope is incorrect your waste pipes will never work as well as they should. The plumbing was installed perfectly. The cement was replaced to match the existing cement. The cement work was top quality - as good as a cement contractor. The holes in the stucco were perfectly patched.
