Best Gas Pipe Repair in San Jose CA

our outside faucet has been leaking for awhile & noticed it couldn't been replaced due to the company that did my copper pipping awhile back soldered the spot to the pipe & they are no longer in business. My husband decided to call Mike Counsil Plumbing. Bobby Mata came out. He was very professional. While he was here my husband had him replace the shut off valve for the outside water & also replace the ice maker line to the water heater. Bobby noticed a problem with the water heater that needed to be taken care of. We felt Bobby was being very honest with us & a pleasure to talk to.

Michael was very knowledgable in diagnosing my leak issue, and finding the cause. I live in an HOA condo unit and so it can become a legal mess when things like this happen. Now that the issue has been confirmed, I can begin repairs soon, and so can the owner of the lower unit, unfortunately. I would highly recommend Crown Plumbing if you find yourself with any plumbing issues, especially a bad leak.

We had problems with getting hot water consistently in our rental property. I read many reviews on Yelp and Google, then decided to go with Local Rooter. Duey came by promptly and checked the water heater. He found that the issue was not from the water heater and said that we needed to replace the cartridges from our shower. We got a reasonable quote and agreed to do it. He was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. He replaced 2 broken cartridges. We're so glad we've hired Local Rooter Plumbing.

Edgar was very nice and helpful, changed the toilet for us, quoted us at 448 and that’s exactly what he charged. Did not charge extra for old toilet disposal, which is very nice.

He explained the work that needed to be done and answered any questions I had. Work was done in a timely manner and they were able to get water back on within a few hours. In under 20m from when I called (on a Friday afternoon), there was someone at my house to diagnose the blockage in my sewer line, give me all the options with no hard sell, and in the end, fix my problem. I got a very detailed invoice, with lots of information and pictures, and the site was left in better shape than before the work. I'd recommend the San Jose branch without reservations.

Wow! Water Quality Plumbing came through for us again. Previously they installed new copper plumbing, repiped our sewer system, and now installed our third water heater. And, they arrived one hour after we called for help! Arnold was as professional as all WQ employees are. He did a great job, cleaned up after he was finished, and gave detailed information regarding the water heater. We are very pleased. So, next time you need a plumbing service call Water Quality. We are sure glad we did!

Expect to Wait All Day
They give you a 4 hour window, but the supervisor shows up. The worker comes later in the day. The supervisor is trying to sell you a new water heater, when you just have a broken pipe. Why does it cost $1400 when the worker only make $10 per hour? Thr pipe did get fixed, tho.
Update: pipe repair failed a day later. More hours without water.

My dog is a total menace and needs to let everyone know he’s in the room. I wasn’t sure how the tech would feel, and I was willing to put him away but the repair guy was very nice and absolutely comfortable around the dog. He just had such a nice calm demeanor and I appreciated the lack of drama.
