The individual that came out for the service was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. The only issue I had was setting up the appointment. I had gone to Crown's website and entered the request, however, I did not get a call back, and it took two calls on my part to get them scheduled.

This review only pertains to customer service and not the actual service. Met Ray at the facility to check a leaking problem. Prior to that, I had already been in contact with a helpful gal on the phone trying to find a time I can be at the church. We checked out the leak and for whatever reason the problem went away. Ray was cool about it and simply said to call on them for anything else in the future. I am impressed by their courtesy and attitude with customers. Will definitely return for actual work.

It was extremely easy to schedule with Local Rooter. Jaime was dispatched to my site and he arrived earlier than expected but he called me to confirm if he could come at that time. My house had a terrible smelling after remodeling, but I could not find out what it come from. Jaime walked through the house and checked out the plumbing system.
After looking under the house, Jaime concluded that the cause was likely due to a missing p-trap behind the washer. He gave me the quote and did a great job after agreeing with the cost. I was pleased when the smell disappeared completely.

Brian and his crew showed up on time , did quality work in a timely manner. Great job !

Ken was prompt, polite and efficient. He kept us updated every step of the way including when he was running late. Ken gave us options in pricing and services. He was transparent about the various services offered. Ken also provided a referral for another business to dry up the plumbing leak.

Our technician was John Lillie. He showed up day of call. Very professional and did repair and suggestion for replacement. We have hot water again.
