Service call was$197 which to me is high. The screens on my faucet were clogged which caused the reduction in water flow.

Kevin came out within the scheduled window time and did a fantastic job installing a new mixer valve for my bathroom renovation. He walked me through all steps installing the finishing pieces once the tub and surround is done. His friendly demeanor was a plus too.

TL;DR: they came when they said they'd come, did what they said they'd do, charged what they said they'd charge and it was all done in a friendly, professional manner.Scott was great. He arrived on time, explained what was going to happen, did it, kept me in the loop as he discovered surprises (this was camera location & inspection work prior to commercial construction), talked with me about how to proceed, talked with my general contractor to verify that he had all the information he needed, walked me through what he found and offered follow-up Q&A, if needed.The findings weren't ideal (old lines), but he was professional, friendly, and kind throughout. In addition, I and a helper were in the middle of taking delivery of some large equipment, and he worked well around our movements & timing. If offered the choice, I'd absolutely ask for Scott the next time I need plumbing service.

Charlie came out arrived on time , and had completed the service in 30 minutes. He really knows plumbing.

Phil did an amazing job installing a leak detection system at my house. Not only did he come on time and get the job done promptly, he came back out when the unit wasn't working right. Phil contacted the manufacturer and debugged the unit over the course of two hours to determine that it was indeed faulty. The only thing I'm upset about is that they *wouldn't* send me a bill for the second trip out! They went so far above and beyond that paying for the additional time is the least I could do to thank him. It's rare to find someone these days who's willing to stand behind the customer like this. The service I received is truly exceptional and Miracle Plumbing will be my go-to plumber going forward.

They canceled on Monday because someone twisted their ankle, they canceled on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday because they had no parts, (a toilet handle and a seal) they cancelled on Friday because they had no plumber available. We fired them. They NEVER phone you to say they are not coming, you sit at home in a 4 hour window day after day waiting. Then you phone them for the latest excuse.........

I wanted a consultation on my water softener in the house I bought. They came and did a great job informing of the issues with it.

Had low water pressure throughout the house for both hot and cold water. Giovani was very responsive and asked detailed questions over the phone regarding the issue. He arrived early and waited patiently for us. He replaced the water pressure reducing valve quickly and explained how it works. Thanks Giovani! It was a pleasure working with him, we would definitely reach out to him again if we have any plumbing issues.

They were on time and very polite but charge a lot to just come look at a problem. I felt cornered into a over priced work order for a water heater. I did find someone else to replace my water heater in the same amount of time it was going to take them to do it. By going with another company, using the same product, to replace my water heater I saved $2000. I lost my $165 to Ben Franklin just for looking at the problem I will not ever use them again.

Edgar and his assistant arrived on time. They promptly diagnosed the problem. They had to spend several hours digging in the yard to find the leak which they did. It took another day and fixed the leak. Edgar is easy to work with, courteous, and prompt. He did a great job! Thanks Edgar!
