Best Faucet Repair/Install in San Jose CA

I came home from work recentIy to water in my driveway, coming from my house. I contacted Abram at Crown Plumbing. He let me know he would get someone out. It was about 6pm so we were not sure if it would be that night or the next day. 5 min after hanging up I received a text asking for my address,  I replied. Immediately after I replied, I received a text, a tech would be out between 7-9 that evening. At 7pm I received another text letting me know a tech was en route and would arrive in 20 min. That gave us time to straighten up the water damaged laundry room.
The tech arrived ahead of our scheduled appointment time, immediately diagnosed the problem. He was professional, courteous and his equipment was clean and sanitized. He was able to quickly remedy the backed up washing machine drain by running a 50 foot snake and clearing out the sludge that caused the backup. The tech worked efficiently and cleaned up all of the mess and was completed before 830. I would highly recommend Crown Plumbing in any situation for our plumbing needs!

I went online to find a new plumber, read the reviews, called and was met with a friendly, caring person at Bueno Plumbing, who I knew wanted to help get me the service I needed asap. She even offered to call if there was a cancellation. I was given the first available timeframe and was kept apprised as to the arrival time. Work was explained, handled professionally, quickly and for a very fair price. I will use them again and will be a customer for life.

Before Rotor Hero could finish the job on my rental property, sent a guy ( could be independent contractor) named Jeff . He asked for more than $400 even without looking for my problem. I sent him back from home without letting him start the job. Called toll free number spoke to Lilly explained situation, suggested her to send the same guy who had serviced us before. She looked in my history and sent Jose within minutes.very cool and knowledgeable guy took only 15 minutes to fix the problem. He was on the way to next job after charging us bare minimum $77. He did even refuse to accept tips saying that that is against policy. Thank you Jose and his bro for timely and to the point help. Next time if I ever call I will ask for him only. Thank you Lilly for being helpful at the same time I am afraid how many households fall in pray for unnecessary work and expense from guy like Jeff?He deserves some ethical and professional training besides disciplining.

I do not normally write online reviews, but I feel compelled to leave a superstar review for Best Bay Plumbing and Rooter, for their quick, efficient, honest, and reasonably-priced service. After a recent bathroom renovation by another plumber, we were left with a shower which only produced lukewarm water. Once we became aware of the problem it was pretty clear that we needed to call in a more competent plumber to sort out the mixing valve. We tried most of the companies in the area. In most cases they refused to give us a quote even for such a minor issue over the phone, insisting to set up an appointment, turn up at the house, then quoting preposterous numbers much higher that what we knew the job would take. In contrast, once we reached out to Best Bay Plumbing and Rooter over the phone, Abel was happy to discuss the potential range of the cost including the potential replacement part and labor, all in line with what we know about the store prices for said part and within normal expectations. When their technician showed up at the house, he actually found out that nothing was wrong with the part itself, it had just been improperly installed and needed to be reinstalled. It was done within five minutes at a minimal cost, saving us the cost of the part that another plumber who checked out the issue and gave us a repair quote told us we would need to replace. We are grateful to get the issue solved with no drama and to know we can call Best Bay Plumbing and Rooter next time an issue arises.

Once again I had the same problem as several weeks ago with toilets backing up into tubs and showers. Robert Garcia did a wonderful job the first time and had to come today to do it again. It seems the issue is the main pipes under the house the park is responsible for. But, Robert got it all cleaned out again and hopefully it won’t happen again. He’s really good at what he does!

Ribbs employee Tony Vu was always prompt and the work was completed on time and successfully with SJ city permits. For a 20ft sewer line the price was high but not uncompetitive. Ribbs would have earned an additional star but for one issue. Tony initially said because the water line was located about 3 feet above the sewer line, he would have to replace it before repairing the sewer -- at nearly double the cost for the sewer repair. That would have been a deal-breaker. After speaking with his boss, Tony later decided that the water line was not an obstacle and the sewer repair was completed at the agreed price. This cast a shadow over an otherwise professional transaction.

They did an outstanding job of installing a water softener complete with bypass valves and even a hook for the wrench used for changing the filter. Very thoughtful and considerate approach and great quality results. Would definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

I was referred to Allstar Plumbing by my neighbor who went through disastrous plumbing issues and was impressed with the results and competitive pricing they gave him. I was glad for the referral. Although my issue was not as severe, I agree with his assessment.

I had a gas leak on an outside gas line that needed to be replaced. The gas pipe was approximately 20ft long. The old one was dug up and a new one was installed at least 18 underground. After it was installed the technician cleared the air in the pipe and tested the burners on the stove and lit the pilot on the water heater. Very happy with the professionalism of the technicians(2).
