I had a catastrophic galvanized pipe coupling failure in my main water meter box. I called 3 plumbing companies and Crown was the first to respond and arrived approximately 2 hours after my initial call. Luis Perez was the plumber who arrived. He has 14+ years of experience and was truly concerned about getting the job done so that we could have water back on in our home. His first attempt failed, but he thought about it and came up with an alternative solution that worked! He needed to dig further and explained he would have to revise his initial bid by $100 to $646. This was slightly more than half the price of one of the other company’s bids! I highly recommend Crown and especially Luis Perez! Job well done!

We just purchased a new kitchen under mount stainless steel sink and motion sensor faucet. Abel was able to immediate size the project and provide an estimate after careful review of what it entailed. There was a lot of reconnections to consider, including a relocation of garbage disposal and water filtration tank. He was very helpful and upfront of the total cost and labor it would take, leaving no surprises for us at the end. My sprinkler valve spring a leak forcing me to shut off the main valve. Miracle Plumbing squeezed me in last minute and sent Ryan out to take a look. Ryan found the problem immediately and recommended that I replace the 30 year old system rather than throwing away money on a bandaid fix. He found the sprinkler shut off valve which I didn't see and turned off that valve so I could restore water to my house. All said and done, he didn't charge a dime.
Miracle Plumbing and specifically Ryan Kennedy is the most honest and helpful company you could ask for. They could have price gouged me but instead saved me money with an honest assessment.

I've never written a review before but Giovani did such a superb job that I had to! My house of horrors from the 1960s has seen more than it's fair share of plumbers coming through but hands down, San Jose Drain and Main is the real deal. My 13 year old son (who doesn't know his own strength) broke the shower handle. Unfortunately, it wasn't as simple as replacing the shower handle as the shower cartridge was stuck and the valve needed to be replaced. I contacted 7 plumbers before I reached out to Giovani and they all said the tile had to be broken in order to access the valve and replace it. Giovani said he wasn't sure if he had to break the tile but he would try to avoid it. He ran through his proposed solution with me and it made sense so I had Giovani come back another day after he bought the parts. He came on time as promised and took out the old cartridge and valve and welded the new valve into a very tight space (see picture) without having to break the tile! He gave me a quote at the beginning of the job and even though it took way longer than anticipated (he was here from 2 pm to 7:30 pm), he still stuck to his original quote. Now, that's what I call service and a job well done! Thank you Giovani and San Jose Drain and Main!!!

They were on time and very polite but charge a lot to just come look at a problem. I felt cornered into a over priced work order for a water heater. I did find someone else to replace my water heater in the same amount of time it was going to take them to do it. By going with another company, using the same product, to replace my water heater I saved $2000. I lost my $165 to Ben Franklin just for looking at the problem I will not ever use them again.

First time customer and the service was outstanding. By that I don’t just mean our problem was fixed. I mean it was fixed professionally and courteously. Allstar Plumbing does deserve all stars based on our experience. Getting saved as a contact in my phone means the service rated quite high.

They came twice to solve the drain issues several months ago but didn’t solve it . We asked other company to fix our issue at last. We paid full for two services! Their attitude is not professional and didn’t show on time. It is our last time to work with them.
