It was my first time using Crown Plumbing! They had great reviews and I thought I would give them a try. They were prompt and very professional. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

We've had Victor and his plumbers over several times for a variety of jobs. (Plumbing seemed to be the weak spot in the construction of our home.) They've been reliable, courteous, and have done good work for us. Plumbers are never cheap, but their hourly rate seems about right.

Had a leak under the kitchen sink. Jerry quickly diagnosed multiple issues with the plumbing and derived a solution. He then contacted his supervisor David M to ensure that he agreed woth the proposed solution. David arrived minutes later and concurred with Jerry and approved the work Jerry needed to do. When Jerry was done, David returned and inspected everything and confirmed the work was done to my satisfaction. Both Jerry and David were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I am very happy with the service I received today!

I called for an unclogging and clearing service (special price $79). The plumbers were quick to diagnose the root of the problem and were very transparent about the potential effects It would have. The clog was cleared fast and we have a better sense of what we need to do moving forward.

The owner, Genmor provide great service. I asked him to replace garbage disposal and some pipes lead to bath rooms' faucet. While they were fixing plumbings, they found an another big problem, but Genmor offered me a great price for fixing it. They even fixed some of small problems without charging. I am very satisfied with the workers' professional job and their polite manners.

We had a water heater problem in our San Jose condo, we called 15 Dollar and they sent a plumber to fix the problem within two hours. We will use them in the future.

I contacted Best Bay Plumbing few months ago for our irrigation pipe leak, Abel came next day and gave me honest suggestion of not fixing it as I'll be doing landscape renovation soon.

Few months later I needed plumber to install aquasana water softener & replace our gas heater with electric hybrid heater, Abel gave me fairly reasonable labor quote, and came quickly once my water heater arrives. He came with 2 of his workers on time and performed installation with care. For example he used better connector then the one came with softener. Also took care of condensation line requirement for the new heater. Worth mention they kept the job site clean and hauls away all garbage including the old heater and packaging materials.

I originally contacted Rayne plumbing when my toilet started backing up into the shower. Ryane wasn't actually able to come out and do any work for me since I am a renter and it required the owner to be present/approve the work (company policy). I explained to the tech what the situation was: raw sewage was spewing out and I have a newborn and it wasn't a healthy environment for anyone involved. Although he wasn't able to perform the work he was so bothered by it, he called me back several times to give me referrals to different companies and he talked to the owner to see if they can change their policy. In an age when customer service is mostly dead, Rayne Plumbing delivered and they will be one of the first people I call when I have plumbing problems in the future.

They did an outstanding job of installing a water softener complete with bypass valves and even a hook for the wrench used for changing the filter. Very thoughtful and considerate approach and great quality results. Would definitely use them again. Highly recommended.
