First of all the serviceman I had was Besmir Hyso and he was great. We had loose faucets which were incorrectly installed during construction and Besmir repaired all of them and did a great job. Very personable and very interesting person. I have always used Mike Council for both Electrical and Plumbing needs and will continue to do so.

Tony, Trieu, and another guy came out last year. They did a great job, did not price gauge, did not try to up sell me. I had to call them again last week because something fell into the commode and flushing was not working. A new guy came out and cleared it and off he went. Definition of Customer service and Workmanship. Ishmael was outstanding to work with. They helped me battle a tub issue that I was not able to get completed by another contractor. Rick came in with a fair estimate and their contractors came in and got the fix done in no time. They were very helpful and responsive on all issues and questions I had. Extremely quick at responses and clean work. I will be using them going forward on all by plumbing needs, side passing my home warranty contractors to refer only Chandlers Plumbing.
This project was a nightmare until Ishmael and his team came in and helped get this resolved.

I had a leak in a 30 year old copper pipe going to my pool filter. Spent 3 days talking to about 6-7 plumbers to get an estimate. 2 of them showed up in person and one gave a quote over the phone by responding to a picture of the leak. First one gave a quote of almost $1000 and would not provide details on how exactly they will fix the leak. Second one gave an almost double quote but also suggested replacing the entire buried pipe for unknown 1000's of $$ more. Third one gave a quote in the same range but could not schedule the job for weeks. Finally, we got Edgar from Bueno Plumbing. Showed up on time, assessed the job requirements in detail, gave a competitive quote 15 minutes later in writing and scheduled the job 2 days later.

The work was done in an extremely professional manner and on time. It took him about 3 hours to finish the job. You can see the before and after pics below. This is how a professional service experience should be. The job was guaranteed for a year. I would not look at any other plumbing service in the future.

Foolishly attempted to replace a faucet on my own, on a Sunday, and got stuck halfway. John ‘Alex’ Gonzalez from Rooter Hero came to the rescue. It only took about 45 min from the time I called dispatch for someone to get to our house, which is seriously great considering it was Sunday. The old faucet nut was stuck on in a such a way that Alex had to try 10 different ways to remove it. He had the patience of a saint. I couldn’t be happier with the high quality level of service, not to mention speediness. They don’t call them “Hero” for nothing! Saved their info to my permanent contacts for future rescues.

Missed the appt window, did not call to let me know and kept me waiting. I had call to find out .....when they finally arrived it was late and I did not have a choice and went with them. Next time I will look elsewhere as I find their service to be expensive.

Excellent company excellent plumbers. Out water heater ruptured in the middle of the night and we had a plumber contacting us with next steps almost immediately at 2am. Greg, our plumber went above and beyond trying to get our hot water back as soon as possible and as cost effectively as possible and we can’t thank him enough for that. Great communication and a quick install. Can’t see us using anyone else for our plumbing needs.

We needed to reroute copper pipes for a new shower valve and a free standing tub faucet. Ryan was very professional and completed the work promptly. Overall cost was very fair in my opinion. The work looks well done, and more importantly no leaks at this time!

Had a great experience with this company! The service providers were honest, competent, friendly and efficient. We had them install a water softener and piping in our home and they patiently described how to use the softener and even identified a part from the 3rd party manufacturer that was broken, describing how to replace it and work with the softener while waiting for the part to arrive. We will ping them again when we have other plumbing needs in the future.

I had an issue with my bath drain stinking for the last two months. Two appointments and $250 in warranty call charges (each for about five minutes with so called technicians who claimed the smell was just something random and would go away if I pour hot water! Yeah right ! ) led to no changes and my bath stinking everyday and the wife cussing every day :) Finally , I called Giovani to check it out. He quickly identified the issue and spent time explaining what was going on. Trust me , this man knows plumbing. He’s the best out there , takes extreme pride in his workmanship and his customer service is top notch, very rare to find qualities in today’s world. And if you are lucky enough , you will have the added bonus of chatting with him about just any topic on earth. I had one of the most interesting & impromptu conversations about “Culture” and I was so refreshed with his perspective on life! I joked that he should have his podcast! ( Seriously though , he should !). Hire him for his professionalism, eye for detail , obsession over customer satisfaction & honesty. You will not be disappointed.

Expect to Wait All Day
They give you a 4 hour window, but the supervisor shows up. The worker comes later in the day. The supervisor is trying to sell you a new water heater, when you just have a broken pipe. Why does it cost $1400 when the worker only make $10 per hour? Thr pipe did get fixed, tho.
Update: pipe repair failed a day later. More hours without water.
