Never felt rush or tried to upsell things I didn't need. Duy is a sincere person who does good work. This is why I went with LR&P. Quote provided was in line with the quotes I received from other places.

Great guy that came and did work, but I didnt like the bait and switch pricing policy. I called them out on a $69 special deal to unblock sink. But when they came my piping didnt allow that special price so the charge was the standard $205. It still only took them less than 30 minutes to complete job. I should have declined when a heard the 205. $100 or $120 would have been OK in my mind but switching from 69 to 205 when the job took less than 30 minutes seems unreasonable to me.Liked the service, but couldnt recommend them and wouldnt use them again due to bait and switch pricing.
