This review only pertains to customer service and not the actual service. Met Ray at the facility to check a leaking problem. Prior to that, I had already been in contact with a helpful gal on the phone trying to find a time I can be at the church. We checked out the leak and for whatever reason the problem went away. Ray was cool about it and simply said to call on them for anything else in the future. I am impressed by their courtesy and attitude with customers. Will definitely return for actual work.

We had problems with getting hot water consistently in our rental property. I read many reviews on Yelp and Google, then decided to go with Local Rooter. Duey came by promptly and checked the water heater. He found that the issue was not from the water heater and said that we needed to replace the cartridges from our shower. We got a reasonable quote and agreed to do it. He was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. He replaced 2 broken cartridges. We're so glad we've hired Local Rooter Plumbing.

Couldn’t Be Happier...

I hired Bueno Plumbing and Rooter to provide Leak Detection service based on a report from the City of Sunnyvale that the meter was constantly spinning. The city representative suggested there may be a possible leak. Edgar Luna was the plumber assigned to the job. He first checked toilets for leaks, asked if there was a large increase on my bill and then suggested not using water for 10 min to see if the meter continued to spin. I explained to Edgar that we recently had tenants move into the ADU in back and both houses use the same water meter. One of the tenants had just finished taking a shower. Once water was not used for 10 min Edgar was able to determine that the meter had fact stopped spinning and there was no leak. Edgar is a great problem solver who does not blinded diagnose an issue without clearly evaluating all possibilities. Truly he is a genius, very knowledgeable, and trustworthy! Did I mention he also provides great service, workmanship and is reasonably priced?
I called the owner Kevin at Bueno Plumbing and Rooter to provide positive feedback for Edgar and he is a class act as well! He cares about his employees and rewards them on merit. He was very appreciative of my phone call! No need to look any further for a reliable and honest plumbing and rooter company! Juan and Victor had a tricky job of repairing a water system that sprung a leak. It required getting new parts and new connections. We were out of water service for two days but they were prompt, arrived when promised and courteous. We highly recommend them and we will be using them again soon. A job well done in every way.

We just purchased a new kitchen under mount stainless steel sink and motion sensor faucet. Abel was able to immediate size the project and provide an estimate after careful review of what it entailed. There was a lot of reconnections to consider, including a relocation of garbage disposal and water filtration tank. He was very helpful and upfront of the total cost and labor it would take, leaving no surprises for us at the end. The work performed was completed timely and our sink/faucet looks and works beautifully! The guy was good.

I called them because I thought there was an issue with my water softener. I spoke with Jason, and he gave me some recommendations to try and troubleshoot the problem myself. He took the time to answer all my questions. It turns out the noise I was hearing was unrelated to my water softener. I'm grateful for them for genuinely helping me over the phone, I will definitely use their service if anything more serious happens at my home.

EDIT: Called them again for advice on upgrading my water softener or not. Marty, the owner, came and tested the water hardness and said the current system was still efficient, just needed to regenerate more frequently. Super friendly service, can't recommend enough!

I felt that the problem was diagnosed quickly and a fair price quoted - directly from their laminated pricing sheet. Hector had all the right tools and the experience to think creatively when older clean-outs would not open. He took the time to make sure it was done right and I am very happy with the service.
