Marti's is our go to plumber service for last 4+ years!  They hold a great work ethic and excellent customer service.  Honest, fast, professional and knowledgeable!  They've been very reliable each time we've had an emergency (clogged kitchen sink, main pipe burst, and leaking water heater and replacement), or just needed a repair (leaky tub) or install a new toilet. I've recommended them to family and friends, and they've have had the same great experience of getting good and honest service.

We had a major emergency due to burst pipes under our house. Called and Duy was onsite that same morning. They were extremely professional, quick, honest and went above and beyond on all fronts. Will only work with them for any plumbing needs moving forward. Highly recommended.

Kevin Bueno helped us fix our broken shower. Kevin was very quick, brought the parts with him, gave us an estimate and was professional. He is knowledgeable and gave us tips about shower maintenance and care. He was also kind enough to answer all of our questions about water filtration system and was not pushy.

Quick to respond and showed up on time. Omar was very professional and respectful and was able to easily solve the problem. Communication was great.

The young man arrived on time and completed the job successfully. Our shower drains well now. We settled on a price beforehand and there were no surprises. I hope it stays fixed.

I called them because I thought there was an issue with my water softener. I spoke with Jason, and he gave me some recommendations to try and troubleshoot the problem myself. He took the time to answer all my questions. It turns out the noise I was hearing was unrelated to my water softener. I'm grateful for them for genuinely helping me over the phone, I will definitely use their service if anything more serious happens at my home.

EDIT: Called them again for advice on upgrading my water softener or not. Marty, the owner, came and tested the water hardness and said the current system was still efficient, just needed to regenerate more frequently. Super friendly service, can't recommend enough!

Giovanni is a knowledgeable repairman. Very thorough and quick. Would recommend him for any plumbing issues.

Hector the technician was nice and communicative but they promised to come out the same day and then a few hours later called to say they could not come till the next day. By then i had stopped calling other plumbers expecting to have my problem fixed that day. i asked for a manager to call me back and they said they would within 48 hours. Nobody did. Next day they fixed it and i told them i wanted to speak with a manager and again, nobody called. The same issue with the same piece of equipment happened the next day after they fixed it and i called them and they could not send somebody to fix it until the next day. Again, i asked to speak with a manager and nobody has called back.

I had a plumbing emergency and called Allstar Plumbing for help. The technician arrived on time and was very professional throughout the entire process. They quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to fix it right away. I was really impressed with their expertise and attention to detail. The service was great, and I would definitely recommend Allstar Plumbing for anyone in need of plumbing repairs.
