Best Cleaning Sewer in San Jose CA

HIGH PRICEDMy toilet was backed up—it’s the main sewer line. Happens every 2-3 years. I've always called SAN JOSE PLUMBING. They charge between $150 and $350 every time. SAN JOSE PLUMBING wasn’t available until late today or early tomorrow, and given it’s a toilet, I wanted to get it fixed sooner rather then later. That’s where the Mike Counsil extortion comes into play. First, they charged me $89 just to come to my house to give a quote. Then Giovanni started with the offer of installing a $2,500 clean out, figuring that when he showed me the real price, I would jump on it. He then politely pointed to a book filled with fixed prices and told me the service would be $671.I paid $89 to learn that Mike Counsil is extremely high priced, they use fear tactics, and take advantage of the situation to charge double what other plumbers charge.

Crown Plumbing is amazing!! Called first thing this morning for a clogged kitchen sink. They were able to get someone to my place within the hour. The process was seamless. Was notified via text on who was showing up for the job. Once Pablo arrived he was very professional and took care of the issue. Made sure everything was working before leaving. Thank you!!

This review only pertains to customer service and not the actual service. Met Ray at the facility to check a leaking problem. Prior to that, I had already been in contact with a helpful gal on the phone trying to find a time I can be at the church. We checked out the leak and for whatever reason the problem went away. Ray was cool about it and simply said to call on them for anything else in the future. I am impressed by their courtesy and attitude with customers. Will definitely return for actual work.

Duye is great! He answered right away, and was able to schedule a weekend appointment so I didn't have to miss work. We needed to replace a water heater and had a backed up sink. Duey and his associate were able to clear the clogged sink , remove and install a new water heater within one and a half hours! He was easy to talk over the phone with and accepted texts. Would highly recommend Duey and his team at Local Rooter

Kevin Bueno helped us fix our broken shower. Kevin was very quick, brought the parts with him, gave us an estimate and was professional. He is knowledgeable and gave us tips about shower maintenance and care. He was also kind enough to answer all of our questions about water filtration system and was not pushy.

Marco was great. He talked me through everything he did, showed me where my water shutoff was, and stayed a few minutes extra just to make sure everything was right (no leaks or complaints).

We had a hard time connecting our new portable washing machine to the kitchen faucet. Luis Perez stopped by and looked at everything and explained why we don’t need plumbing then he gave us detailed instructions as for which parts to buy from Home Depot. No charge!Great company and really nice employees!

I have been using Genmor Plumbing for years and they are the best in town. I can't say enough good things about them. They always come on time, fix my problem in a timely manner, and don't leave without making sure that everything is back to where it should be. A new shower stall was required, after the floor pan on the existing shower had a leak. Abel and team provided options and recommendations, and ordered a cultured marble shower pan and sides - plus the installation. They did a great job re-piping our town house. Very responsible; they promptly came back to patch a drywall cutout they missed (inside a cabinet) even after we paid them. I wish all contractots are like them!

It’s not always easy to get a good plumber - and when you need one, you probably REALLY need one. We’ve used San Jose Drain and Main multiple times, and each time they have been outstanding! They fixed several different random plumbing issues (shower leak, clogged sink leak, recirculation pump involving copper repair…our house is aging) but both Giovani and Sam have been responsive, professional and friendly as well. These guys know what they’re doing, fixing our problems and stress. Classy outfit, highly recommend.
