Mostly good, but they could have done a better job informing me when things would happen.

The customer wants to know what is going on and when.

We used Marti's Plumbing Service for an emergency water heater change-out in June, 2021. We also asked that they apply for a building permit on our behalf, and Marti's agreed.

The technician sent by Marti's did not install all of the necessary parts for the water heater. He also cut the line between the water heater and the washer and caused a leak. Only after multiple conversations did Marti's compensate us for the amount that we had paid to repair the leak.

Marti's also refused to apply for a building permit after their initial promise, so I applied for a water heater change-out permit on my own. I received the following list of corrections from the City of Cupertino's building inspector. I called Marti's many times to bring the water heater up to code, because they provide a one-year warranty with their services, but it was very difficult to reach them to schedule a follow-up visit.

City of Cupertino's List of Required Corrections:

1. Single wall vent connector for water heater requires 6 min clearance to combustibles ( Sheetrock ) and single wall connector not approved for penetrating rated assembly.
2. Provide access to vent flue to verify B-vent or install new for water heater flue.
3. Provide insulation on first 5'ft of water lines at water heater
4. T&P piping at termination to not be threaded and to terminate 6-24 off garage floor or pipe to exterior and maintain same termination clearance off ground surface
5. Water heater to be fully blocked and braced
6. Water heater bracing at lower brace to be located within bottom 1/3 and 4 above control valve
7. Tighten water heater bracing
8. Provide water bond hot to cold and to gas line.
9. Provide approved expansion tank brace and install per manufactures installation instructions
10. Provide sediment trap on gas line after the valve and before the flex

Duye is great! He answered right away, and was able to schedule a weekend appointment so I didn't have to miss work. We needed to replace a water heater and had a backed up sink. Duey and his associate were able to clear the clogged sink , remove and install a new water heater within one and a half hours! He was easy to talk over the phone with and accepted texts. I've used there service before and had a good experience. However this time it has been a bit painful. Called around 12 on Sat. Was told between 4-6pm and they were not here until 830pm. Our bypass for water softener was shot as a temporary fix solder a new point so we have water to the house. He cut the pipping however he wasn't able to solder a new point. Before we had at least the front yard hose. Now we have to shut the main line because of the pip is left open. He was a nice guy but I have no water. Waiting for someone to come in today, Sunday between 9-11. It's 1052.... No one showed up. The technician was nice to follow up to see if anyone showed up. Very disappointed but the experience but the technician was professional and nice but aside from that I probably won't be calling this company again.

I had a busted water hose that connected to my pool. A lot of water was leaking. I called David from Elite Rooter immediately and he was literally there within 30 min and resolved the issue. He is very reliable and easy to work with. He listens and always gives great fast service. If there were more stars I would place them. :)

I've been using them for years and they've always done a great job. They are quick and efficient, which is important when you have an emergency situation like a toilet overflow or a clogged drain.

Avoid using Roto-Rooter for Backflow Preventer Tests. They charge $245.00 for the test! I guess they mark up the quote so they would give you $50.00 savings for the coupon. Google search says average cost should be between $85.00 to $100.00.

Sergio was very efficient, went right to work and cleared the drain in 30min!! We will be using them again if we have any other problems.

Abel came out to my house to check a water flow issue and immediately checked the crawl space to find water everywhere, he immediately pointed me to a company that handles those issues. Following a successful cleanup he went under the house an found the busted pipes. He fixed those in addition to making some other important recommendations. He and his team got my plumbing issues back to normal in just a few days and probably saved me from future issues. He and his team are extremely professional, while showing genuine concern. They show up at the time agreed upon which I really appreciate. I hate time windows..others should take note. They go above and beyond. After the emergency I had and how fast it was handled...Abel earned my loyalty from here on out!! I'd highly recommend them.

Called Miracle Plumbing with an emergency water heat issue. Water was leaking everywhere.
Miracle Plumbing came out and was prompt and professional has my water heater replaced in no time.

They did an outstanding job of installing a water softener complete with bypass valves and even a hook for the wrench used for changing the filter. Very thoughtful and considerate approach and great quality results. Would definitely use them again. Highly recommended.
