Worth All that was spent on it. The pipe they replaced was from 49-121 years old. New pipe they ran should last at least that long. Staff was friendly, accurate and did quality workmanship.

My kitchen sink was clogged pretty bad. I called Elite Rooter at 8:30 am and they had a Technician at my house within the hour. Antonio arrived and promptly unclogged my drain. First I had problem with pipe leaking at my rental unit so I called Rayne Plumbing and they send Amy. She resolved that super quick. So next time I called I asked for her but she is not longer with Rayne Plumbing. They send Raudel and he was able to find problem and fix it same day. This time I called Rayne to send someone to replace my water heater. Fred come and he did job super quick. He was really professional. Best plumbing company ever. We have used this service for many years. They are so prompt with their excellent staff and excellent plumbers with true experience and true expertise. They are so very responsive. We had a water pressure problem on Sunday and we left a phone message Sunday night. By this morning, Monday, they responded to our call at 8 am and by 9 am they were out here already and fixed our problems! That’s fast service. It’s wonderful we have such a terrific plumbing company in our midst. Their work is terrific and great attention to detail is given to every single problem. They will not leave until everything is perfect. We are so grateful to them.

This company will always get my plumbing business. Friendly and competent. I would recommended them to anyone who needs a plumbing problem resolved.

Expect to Wait All Day
They give you a 4 hour window, but the supervisor shows up. The worker comes later in the day. The supervisor is trying to sell you a new water heater, when you just have a broken pipe. Why does it cost $1400 when the worker only make $10 per hour? Thr pipe did get fixed, tho.
Update: pipe repair failed a day later. More hours without water.

They did a wonderful job. I was working with a very small window of time to get the repair done. They arrived on time and got it done not only quickly but also correctly. I’m so grateful that they were so accommodating and will reach out to Allstar any time I need a good plumber.

I called Bay Area plumbing after getting his name from a friend. With Wilver being the owner it was nice to have that personal connection not like when you deal with the corporate companies. It was nice to get the service I required in a timely manner (4 hours later) instead of it might be 1-2 days from the corporate guys. Bay Area was very reasonable in the cost, and I be definitely using them going forward
