This review only pertains to customer service and not the actual service. Met Ray at the facility to check a leaking problem. Prior to that, I had already been in contact with a helpful gal on the phone trying to find a time I can be at the church. We checked out the leak and for whatever reason the problem went away. Ray was cool about it and simply said to call on them for anything else in the future. I am impressed by their courtesy and attitude with customers. Will definitely return for actual work.

We were looking to re-pipe the remainder of our house because our water heater suddenly gave out and started leaking. After contacting a few contractors and searching for a few reviews on Yelp, we called Local Rooter & Plumbing. Duy came by our house for the quote and committed to overseeing the job himself and of course with his team. He provided us with a fair estimate and committed to complete the work within a day.

They worked fast and got the job done right. Despite a minor hiccup, Duy came right back the next day and resolved it immediately. He also checked back on us after a few weeks to make sure that everything was working fine. It was great to finally get normal water pressure through all our faucets and running hot water again within a few seconds.
The working crew completed the job and cleaned up after.

I'd definitely recommend Duy if you're looking for quality work.

Great service! Extremely fast!
I called on the morning of Christmas Eve with a major clog in the drain that blocked up the entire house. Bueno plumbing was there within 25 minutes and took care of the problem. I would definitely use these guys again. I think the technician was Edgar. He was very nice explained everything. Then he got to work and did the job. Five stars!!!

Ricardo and Tony came to our house to help with a drain clog in the Kitchen. They were extremely professional, well mannered and helpful. They answered all my questions and patiently explained all my options and alleviated any concerns that I had. They did not rush anything and took the time to make sure our problem was handled. They also wore masks and shoe covers everytime they entered our house. These minor details make the biggest difference to our satisfaction. Would definitely recommend!

Once we found out that we lost the water in our house to a burst pipe, I was really worried! We began seeing leaks like crazy and were afraid of the damage. However, after getting three different estimates from different companies, it was clear to both of us that Genmor Plumbing had taken care of all the drains in our house. They did a great job and were there for any questions or needs. We definitely recommend their services!

On a scale of 1-5, I would give James a 10. Professional. Focused. Got the job done pretty quickly considering all that was involved. Went out of his way to write up a note explaining how this happened that we can share with our HOA since they might be responsible, or partially responsible. Also, the communication from the office was great.

The bathroom in our adu was clogged and we had another company came to fix it, twice. The first time they pushed the clog into the main line. The second time they said i have to install a cleanout before they can do anything more. So I called $15 sewer & drain service to come and give me a quote for the cleanout installation. Sergio came the next day with his folks and actually cleared the clog before installing the cleanout! They did it from the roof and it wasn't an easy task! But they managed to unclogged the line and put it back in service. They earned my trust by their work so I'm giving the job of installing two cleanouts and pipe update in the crawl space to them. I may come back and update the review once these job are done. But if I don't, that means all good.

We discovered that our kitchen drain was leaking into our crawl space. These guys showed up the next day and immediately went to work on the problem. Excellent service with detailed explanations every step of the way.

Wow! Water Quality Plumbing came through for us again. Previously they installed new copper plumbing, repiped our sewer system, and now installed our third water heater. And, they arrived one hour after we called for help! Arnold was as professional as all WQ employees are. He did a great job, cleaned up after he was finished, and gave detailed information regarding the water heater. We are very pleased. So, next time you need a plumbing service call Water Quality. We are sure glad we did!

My master bedroom bathroom has been leaking water under the faucet pipe for over a year. The water has been leaking into my vanity. I have been reluctant to use the plumber due to Covid situation. I wanted to see if I could use tools to fix it myself. Oh boy was I wrong. San Jose Main and Drain took a few seconds to inspect the issue, and within thirty minutes finished the work while I was inside my room conducting a meeting. When I called other plumbers, they gave me a quote, which was three times more than San Jose Main and Drain. Also, other companies' suggestions were a hassle to my bathroom or refused to do the job due to the complexity of the work. Thank you San Jose Main and Drain for fixing something so efficiently! I have my bathroom back!

The response was prompt. The service man was competent and helpful. The job was completed successfully. My only negative reaction was that I thought the price was high--above the average prices quoted on Home Advisor.
