Last week we called Rooter Hero to fix a plugged kitchen sink and disposal problems.We thought it was taken care of. Until it happened again this week.After calling and requesting a repeat repair, Rooter Hero immediately sent another plumber out within the hour and he did a very thorough job of fixing both problems. Jacob Martinez fixed the disposal and unplugged the sink. The company stands by their work with a guarantee that they honored. My 14 year old water heater broke at the beginning of the week. I broadcast a request through yelp for a replacement and that I wanted to go tankless. Aaron (Operarions Manager) from Collins Pacific was the first to respond and after sending a few pictures of the area in the garage where the water heater was located and some discussion about the different models available in tankless, Aaron promptly sent me a formal quote on company letterhead explaining the planned services. I was able to schedule an appointment for later in the week (based on my availability). In the meantime I exchanged several text messages and phone calls with Aaron regarding the installation requirements and the difference in features among a few candidate models. Aaron was extremely knowledgeable on the subject matter, and responsive to all my questions. I decided to go with the Norwitz EZTR75. Aaron showed up on time for the installation, and was joined by a another technician a couple hours later. The team of two worked diligently all day (and a lot of Time in hot,cramped conditions up in the crawl space). The final result was spectacular. Aaron ensured a clean install, moving existing pipe runs to create a truly customized install in the exact spot I wanted on the wall.Stellar service experiences like this are few and far between. I was thoroughly impressed with the whole process from start to finish, especially the professionalism and quality of work performed by Aaron and his team.Without a doubt I will be going back to Collins Pacific for any future plumbing needs. In fact, when Aaron returns to install the condensate line for the tankless water heater, I am having them replace the pressure regulator and valves for the house main water shutoff. Thank you!!

Called yesterday around 7PM since there are MANY great reviews. A women answered the phone and I asked for assistance for our kitchen sink that's clogged. The typical drain-o/hot water trick did not work. She asked me where I was located and if we wanted someone to come out that day or the next. I told her tonight and she said ok, let me confirm your phone number and I'll call you back in 5 minutes. I wasn't going to hold her to that time frame but a call back within the hour would have been nice. We are now a full day after and never recieved a call back. I'll give my money to a company that wants it. Bye!

We used ProMax Plumbing to replace our old 55g gas water heater with a new Navien tankless heater. They were fantastic from the moment they showed up to give us a quote until the project was completed. Daniel explained everything they would do during the installation and even did extra work that was not included in the other proposals we received. On top of that, the pricing was the lowest we received.They were on time for both the quote and the install day. They were friendly, professional, responsive and answered all of our questions, even after the project was completed. Just as importantly, the workmanship was outstanding. We purchased a new home that required extensive work that included going into the concrete foundation. Anthony from Fox was communicative and laid out the work detail in an easy to understand way. Because the work was so intricate we did get to know the staff quite well. Every employee we talked to was a pleasure and did not disrupt our day-to-day (wife works from home regularly).We unfortunately found additional unplanned issues in the plumbing and Anthony walked us through various options. He didn't just upsell or tell us a full replacement was needed for certain items. He physically gave us the opportunities to see the concerns he had. We then waited on his multiple written up reports and made informed decisions on the routes we wanted to go.Our Mortgage lender tied 2/3's of the financing for the plumbing work into our loan and the lenders admittedly were not prepared for payment. We were able to pay our 1/3 out of pocket costs immediately, but the mortgage payment did lag longer than anybody expected. While both parties shared frustration, I appreciate Fox and their professionalism while we dealt with the internal miscommunication our mortgage lender was having.We had a lot of work underneath the home done, but if down the road we need any internal plumbing done we will be sure to call Fox.

Fast and efficient! The whole experience was quick and painless. The technician arrived promptly (within an hour of my calling!), called to announce himself, and got to work. He was polite and quickly resolved the issues. He also gave us recommendations to prevent future messes. Local family business at its finest! Garbage disposal wasn't working. Filed a request for service online. Was contacted by email very soon after, gave me an estimate of cost and time. Very quick responses, showed up exactly when he said he would and I got texts to warn me he was on his way. He got the job done quickly. Cost was exactly what he said it would be.
