Robert Miller with Powers Plumbing was sent over the same day I called Powers for help with a clogged bathtub that would not drain. To my surprise, he fixed it in 20 minutes! He was clean cut, extremely polite and professional, took time to clean the area after he finished, and refused to take a tip! Now that's what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will never call anyone else but Powers Plumbing!

Bill Howe Plumbing and the service technician, Patrick, were fantastic. They came within 30 minutes on a Rainy Saturday night and got the job done quickly.Patrick was super friendly, informative, and professional. Way better customer service compared to Rooter Hero plumbing.

Our tenant reported a leak, and I wanted it fixed quickly because they're a family with two kids, and I knew living without water would be tough. John came out within an hour and replaced the water heater and brought it up to code. Amazing work, and super professional! Will definitely call again when the need arises.

We had a tech named Kwesi.We had a bigger clog for some reason. It was bad, like all the way bad all the way around. Kwesi worked on my house for a few days to get our home back in shape. I won't go into the scope of work, let's just say it was not a simple drain pop.Kwesi is one of the hardest working people I have ever met. He worked through his days off. He helped me calm my anxiety. It was enough work to warrant financing. He with Rooter Heroes helped me get the financing needed for the repairs.I will say, being a brand new home owner and this kind of stuff happening, I do not think I could have asked for better customer service.I could not recommend this company enough. If anyone asks me for plumbing recommendations, Rooter Heroes is who I will be recommending.

Max arrived at our residence as scheduled initially explained what he would do to identify the unknown location of our water leak. He prepped the work area and it was determine that he would open a section of the ceiling. Within minutes he identified the leak and informed us of his suggestion for repair. Upon completion of the repair he returned the work area back to it’s original conditional. He was very professional at all times and the knowledge of craft was unquestionable. There wasn’t a negative sign to the entire visit. I would recommend Turnkey Plumbing without reservation. Thank you again, Max.

Robert the technician was running late due to other jobs that took longer than expected. He still came out even though it was after 5 did a thorough clean out of my clogged drain and checked all pipes in my kitchen as well. The price was very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Robert and ARS.

Tom arrived less than an hour after I called. He was fast, friendly and professional (wore his mask) He replaced my bathtub faucet and toilet handle and gave me advice on future projects that needed attention. His prices were honest and fair, and even though he quoted me for a repair we couldn’t do that visit, he gave me the same price quote for when he returns excluding labor. I’ll be planning him to come back after the holiday.

This company was dispatched by my home warranty company. I have a water leak that is coming through the ceiling of my garage. The plumber took pictures and said he would submit to the American Home Warranty for review so he can come back to access the damage. Today AHS called me to say the plumbing company asked for an asbestos test before they would come out to find the leak. My home was built after 1989 so the request was absurd to me. Why would I spend between 700 and 1200 to test something that was outlawed in building codes in 1978 in the State of CA. AHS called the plumbing company and the girl who answered the phone told them that the asbestos law was overturned?!?! What?!!?? This company is absurd and dishonest. Needless to say I told AHS that I don't want to use them. Meanwhile the leak is getting worse and the damage is spreading.
