Exodus Plumbing was called by our landlord when 1. There was an unwelcome exodus of water from the dishwasher angle stop, and 2. The exodus of cold water from our shower was non existent. I gave this company a call after a friend referred them to me. They responded quick and efficiently to my needs. I had family over for the holiday, on new years eve my kitchen sink got clogged and luckily they were available to come get that fixed on new years eve. I was hesitant they would actually come being a holiday and all, but they came in less than an hour and had my kitchen sink fixed. The best part was I was charged a reasonable amount for their services. Thank you. They really came through with their services.

Garbage disposal wasn't working. Filed a request for service online. Was contacted by email very soon after, gave me an estimate of cost and time. Very quick responses, showed up exactly when he said he would and I got texts to warn me he was on his way. He got the job done quickly. Cost was exactly what he said it would be. Beware .. This company has a strategy of sending you a sticker that you place on your water heater for when you have an emergency. I called them and they were quick to reply, came over and analyzed the situation, long story short I ended up buying a new water heater from them, a water heater that was advertised as contractor grade a term which really has no meaning but at the time I figured that I was buying something superior to a tank I could get at Home Depot. After everything was installed, very professionally by the way, I researched the tank and it goes for $900-$1000, plus installation, plus a bunch of things that make no sense since they will not itemize the bill for you, it ended up costing $3100. The fair value of the entire thing is $1500-$1750. Thinking back at the situation I am at fault for buying into their sales pitch/tactics. However it is important to warn everyone else to not fall into their trap. Go to Home Depot and call your local plumber, stay away from these guys.
