Best Water Main in San Diego CA

We had our main sewer line replaced as it was aging cast iron. AJ came out to scope it and understand and bid the job. They came in competitive and could do the work fast.The good was they were on time and worked through a couple tough spots to finish the job on budget.The bad was they damaged out main water supply that had to be repaired and slowed things down a bit.The good was they stuck with it and finished out the job as promised despite a tough connection to the city clay. I don't think any job like this is cookie cutter, but Team Rooter worked through it and did what they said they would do.

Excellent service. Our water heater started leaking at the worst time possible, and thankfully Bill Howe had immediate appointment availability. I would ask for Doug every time. He called ahead to find out what type of water heater we had, so he could bring one in case a new one was required. Planning ahead like that saved me precious time, and I was grateful he didn't have to make 2 trips. He was courteous and efficient. The type of person that I felt comfortable inviting into my home, which says a lot. He went above and beyond, removing the old wood platform - he could have just as easily said that was outside the scope of his line of work - but he didn't hesitate to help me out. Exceptional work!
