This is probably one of the most aggressive, unprofessional, and threatening companies I ever encountered. I was quoted a price of $1200 for a replacement of a regulator. I knew the part cost only $50. I simply responded that I don't know why I would be charge $1200 to replace something that cost $50 and had a simple connection. I declined the service. Dennis, (who did not give me his name when asked, co-worker did.) became very aggressive and threatening. Aggressively asking me what I know about plumbing and if I know how old he is? He change from an employee to a thug. Monica, Dennis' manager wasn't any help. This company knows my address and I did reveal to him and her that I am licensed to carry. Instead of being concerned why a client would be so threatened to say this, she seemed to be offended. This company seems to change their names when the reviews get too bad. I would avoid this company.

Josh and 2 other guys did a great job they came back several times to make sure my sump pump was working properly. Most company’s don’t work on these pumps however PIC does and I appreciate what they have done. Call PIC for all plumbing needs their the best.

Dissatisfied with service technicians job performance. Didn't finish job.
Cleanup was minimal. Did not reconnect appliance. Left cover off water meter on sidewalk. Didn't answer my concern about why water pressure dropped after work was done on pipes.

Dennis was amazing! He took my call late in the evening and went above and beyond beyond to fix our water heater. We were working against a short time frame, a house full of guests and a wedding that needed to take place. Dennis was professional, cool and calm the whole time and made sure that everything worked perfectly before wrapping up.

American plumbing did great work they fixed my bathtub, and charged a fair price, I would recommend them punctual and knowledgeable.

Thank you, Jack, for identifying the leakage source before it could damage further. I called them and described the situation. Also, I requested to send plumbers as soon as possible, and they sent Jack within an hour to fix the leakage. I was really impressed with his knowledge and quality of service at a very reasonable price in San Diego. This company really looks after its customers. I highly recommend Fuentes Plumbing & Drain. They came to my house immediately after my gas was shut off due to a gas leak. They were very professional and took care of business right away. They were also outfitted for COVID-19 with masks and foot coverings. Very impressed with their quality of work and fast service.

I’ve called Mauricio and Exodus Plumbing in the past and will call them again if/when I need plumbing service. The price is fair (excellent when compared to some other Plumbers), and the quality is outstanding. You can’t go wrong with Exodus. I recommend them highly!
