We just completed 4 month renovations. We had our regularly scheduled maintenance on the books. Perfect timing. The two professional technicians went through all of the HVAC. They checked our AC for status of a component that in the past has challenged the AC operation. Making note of again a potential issue they put it on schedule for evaluation/replacement. “Proactive Service”… excellent customer service (provided by two professionals who love working for their employer)We were offered a service to clear the ductwork. 3 packages were offered. With clear and concise explanation ( zero pressure) We Ordered the Gold program. .More than satisfied with Anderson.

I found Elite Router online when looking for a plumbing company. It was a random choice. Other company was booked for the day. Elite Rooter operator gave me 2 hours window.Carlos Rojas, technician from Elite Rooter came to my house to fix the clogged sink in the kitchen. He came at the appointed time, called me before entering my house. A very nice, pleasant young man with a good sense of humor. Carlos fixed sink, cleaned it after his work was over.I am very pleased with the result and will continue to use the services of Elite Roofer in the future.Thank you.

The Emergency Stop Valve broke and we could not get get a new refrigerator installed until it was fixed. Paws made an appointment and promised us if possible they would arrive sooner, and they got back to me twice with earlier appointment times as they knew we were without a refrigerator. When I asked Will the dispatcher a technical question he could not answer, he found a plumber in the office to immediately speak to me. Paws was very professional, knowledgable, extremely punctual, and reasonably priced. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Called Charlie very early the morning after Christmas to fix an emergency for my shower. He picked up promptly and was at my house within 45 minutes to address the issue! What better service could you ask for during the holiday?! Charlie spent the time to go over the issues with us, the cost, along with all options we had to fix the issue. After deciding what route we wanted to take he very efficiently procured the parts and fixed the issue. His pricing is also extremely fair. I will be using Charlie for future needs and would recommend his to family and friends.

My 14 year old water heater broke at the beginning of the week. I broadcast a request through yelp for a replacement and that I wanted to go tankless. Aaron (Operarions Manager) from Collins Pacific was the first to respond and after sending a few pictures of the area in the garage where the water heater was located and some discussion about the different models available in tankless, Aaron promptly sent me a formal quote on company letterhead explaining the planned services. I was able to schedule an appointment for later in the week (based on my availability). In the meantime I exchanged several text messages and phone calls with Aaron regarding the installation requirements and the difference in features among a few candidate models. Aaron was extremely knowledgeable on the subject matter, and responsive to all my questions. I decided to go with the Norwitz EZTR75. Aaron showed up on time for the installation, and was joined by a another technician a couple hours later. The team of two worked diligently all day (and a lot of Time in hot,cramped conditions up in the crawl space). The final result was spectacular. Aaron ensured a clean install, moving existing pipe runs to create a truly customized install in the exact spot I wanted on the wall.Stellar service experiences like this are few and far between. I was thoroughly impressed with the whole process from start to finish, especially the professionalism and quality of work performed by Aaron and his team.Without a doubt I will be going back to Collins Pacific for any future plumbing needs. In fact, when Aaron returns to install the condensate line for the tankless water heater, I am having them replace the pressure regulator and valves for the house main water shutoff. Thank you!!

Doug Higby did an awesome job. Difficult fix due to contractor plumbing irregularities. Doug worked very hard to overcome the difficulties. He did a great job and explained what was misplumbed previously. Doug, (#388), showed me all the problems and overcame them. This was my first time using Black Mountain Plumbing and I was very impressed with the knowledge and advice from Solomon who visited our home. This plumber came highly recommended from another plumbing company who was too busy to attend to my issue. The visit turned out to be just a trip charge but I’m having them back to do a garbage disposal replacement next week.

Figuring out challenging scenarios during a remodel, Rick always came through. His partner, Joe remains, and true to form, Joe sent Alex to rescue me from a leak under the sink. I appreciate the support and response to my early morning call and despite a booked day, Joe made time to send Alex. That is customer service!
