Horrendous customer service! I rarely (if ever) write negative reviews. I am a real estate agent and referred Power's Plumbing to a client to give an estimate and camera inspection. After showing up over an hour late and expressing confusion over what they were there for and everything we already discussed on the phone, they proceeded with the estimate. 3 days later, my clients received an invoice that was $120 over what the clear agreed price was and when confronted, the employee who made the mistake first said they would make it right and fix it, then the owner, after accusing me to my client behind my back of creating problems, said they would not change the invoice.I, of course, can't charge my client for this, so I let Power's know that if they really have this much lack of customer service, they can bill me (the referring agent) the excess fee and send a separate invoice if they want payment. They failed to do so after that and just called a month later to pretend we never had this conversation and try to charge interest on the original invoice.I rarely see this bad of customer service and lack of responsibility. Not only did they lose a $9k job over it, but any future business that I have the ability to refer. I'm surprised they can't see past that and would rather rip client's off. Then again, I should have seen from the negative reviews in the past that this is just how they choose to operate. Save yourself the trouble and find a different plumber.They are basically charging me for the Hour they made ME wait for their late arrival.. Almost laughable.

Pablo came out today and fixed up a water valve behind the fridge. I live in a high-rise in down town and he was able to work with the on-site tech and finish the job in 30 minutes. The Tech was Leo and from the introduction I felt comfortable. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very informative. Answered all my questions and resolved the problem within 30 minutes. I called All American Plumbing on Thursday morning when I found a leak under the kitchen sink and they arrived in just a couple hours. The technicians, Byron and Blake, were very polite and helpful. They patiently explained the process as they first shut off the water and did a safety inspection, checking all the valves and drains for calcium build up and the water pressure. It turned out my pressure regulator was bad and that the high pressure was what caused the leak.They replaced the regulator and two angle stops that same day and gave me a reduced price on both angle stops for taking care of all the work at once. They finished the work in just a couple hours and cleaned up after, so that it looked like they were never here.I'm very pleased with their great attitude and professional work. All American Plumbing definitely earned all five stars!

Wow. And I don't say that lightly or very often. I got lots of opinions and estimates before I replaced my 30 year old water heater. The rumbling was getting louder and I didn't want to be stuck without hot water. So I researched and researched, getting multiple estimates. So many of them said, well, it could be more money, we just don't know until we start working on it. When I compared all the services they included in the price, I ended up with these guys. And I'm so glad I did! Their prices are clear on their website and they give you all new fittings which are very high quality. I used the Yelp deal which saved me another $150. You make the appointment on their website: No trying to spell out your name and street to someone on the phone who gets it wrong. After submitting the request, Robert called me back within an hour and worked around my schedule. Even though he was stuck in San Diego traffic (some guy was threatening to jump off a bridge and had 2 freeways closed down), he still showed up, communicating his situation all along the way. He was here until 9:00 PM to get the job done, taking his time and explaining what he was doing. Now I have a beautiful new water heater and no more worries. Thanks Robert for sticking with it and keeping your cool and your very pleasant demeanor through what had to be a very challenging day!

There was a leak in my ceiling. We had no idea where it was coming from. Turns out there was a small crack in the pipe in the master bathroom that was the culprit.
