He did a thorough inspection of my unit to make sure my filters are clean, the coils are producing much needed cold air, pressure is ok. Keep up the excellent job Joe. It was a small leak, but they came out same day. He noticed the hose had a lot of corrossion (it did) and he got that done same day too, and threw in some helpful tips and freebees to help with that side of the house.

There are several outstanding items to be repaired at property I just purchased. Brian came in and reviewed what needed to be done and got to work.

The main water pipeline in my house had broken and water had filled inside my house. We needed an immediate response and fix. Many plumbers in Orange County refused to help at such short notice then my brother contacted EZ Plumbing USA. He had taken their service before so he knew they could help us and he was right. After getting our request, the team immediately arrived and repaired the water pipeline. I’m really grateful to them for saving us during the emergency!!!!!!

Daniel was so wonderful to work with! We had to cancel on him two different times due to our illnesses. By the time we called again (with a vacation in there also), it was a few months since I had first contacted him. I thought he'd think we were flakey and not want to try a third time. But he was so nice and professional about scheduling again. I liked that he texts timely.When we finally had our appointment, he was on time, considerate and professional. He explained everything he was doing or had done. He drained/cleaned our Navien tankless water heater, checked a sink for any clog, caulked our bathroom sink, removed a hot water reservoir under the sink, and replaced an odd Toto toilet flapper that was all one piece (not like the normal ones we usually replace ourself). He worked quickly, neatly, and considerately.We have been through about three other plumbers since moved here 4 years ago and were not satisfied - but now we have found our forever plumber!! You can't go wrong with with Pro Max!!

I had a water leak in the crawl space under my house during the rainy season so I didn't see it on the ground or driveway due to the rain water. Once I discovered it I had them come out that day. It was a weekend so there was an extra charge, however, during our severe drought and with the price of our water it was worth the extra expense. Pablo came out, got it fixed, and asked me probably 3 times if I had any questions. When was the last time you had a plumber ask you if you had any questions? I highly recommend Fox Plumbing. While you may not see commercials for them on TV remember that the customer is actually paying for those commercials.

Fabulous courteous service

I had an early morning shower gone bad! The shower handle broke and I could not turn off the water. The tub was filling up fast! I called City and left a distressed call and asked for immediate help. They called me back immediately and said the truck would be at my house within 30 minutes. Chris showed up in 20! He quickly assessed the situation, found the cut off and stopped the water. He told me what was wrong, what it needed, and let me know he had the part on the truck. I was thrilled with the responsive and professionalism. City Plumbing is on my speed dial. Our AC leaked through our ceiling and we didn’t know what to do or how to fix it. We were in a major time crunch because we had company coming into town in the middle of a heat wave! I’m so happy we found Morey. They sent Brian out the very same day and he gave us several different service options on how to fix the issue, from a basic super affordable option to a gold level option to do it all & avoid future issues. I loved the efficient iPad system where we could pick and choose to make it within our budget. He even came out the next day on the weekend to complete the work, just in time for our company to arrive in a couple hours! We plan on having Brian come do some more work, as well as regular maintenance so we don’t have future issues. Super impressed with this company from start to finish! Thank you!

Called AWHs for help with a water heater on a Sunday at 3pm and they sent Jonnie Brayall out, who arrived less than an hour later. He diagnosed issue quickly, walked me through all the options and had us up and running by 5:45 pm! Jonnie is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend him.

My water pressure in my kitchen faucet declined suddenly, 3 days before Thanksgiving. Called Byron at All American. He sent out a Tech to see what the problem was. Broken handle. Told me my options and I decided to see if I could get a friend help me. Friend helped, but couldn't get nut loosened. All American came and had to saw out the old faucet. My friend installed the new faucet. Couldn't get connectors connected and found out that the valves very ready to die. By now it is the day before Thanksgiving, 3:30 PM. Called All American again, humbly, to see when they could come out and finish the job... Rachel in the office gave me an appointment for the following Saturday and also called to see if there was a Tech available Wednesday evening. Within a few minutes she called me to let me know that a Tech would come to my place that evening! - He also found that the valves would better be replaced now to avoid major water damage down the road, so he replaced them as well. By 6:30 PM, Thanksgiving Eve, I had a shiny new faucet, new valves and a great experience with All American. Not only did they send out somebody TWICE to help me, knowing I wanted a friend to help me, but when all broke loose, they STILL came out THAT DAY and helped me. I had the best customer service in a long time and I think that Byron and his staff deserve ALL the stars they can get. Highly recommend All American Plumbing. And not to forget to mention Byron's integrity and professionalism.
