Jose from this company created a wonderful experience for me. I had been trying to install a bidet, but my water line was nearly impossible to disconnect and I did a lot of damage to it trying to unscrew it. I called this company for a quote/some insight as to if they would be able to disconnect my water line and replace it. Jose called me back promptly and gave me a quote to unscrew it (which was $0!) and walked me through what would need to happen if he couldn’t disconnect it.He ended up needing to take out the toilet from the ground- a timely and difficult job- and gave me a huge discount so it was affordable for me. And even installed my bidet afterwards!Throughout this process, I also had to reschedule several times and every time Jose was flexible and prompt with when he could come help that worked with my schedule. I am so pleased with my experience with everyone at this company, especially Jose. I would absolutely recommend them for any needs you have!

Bill Howe just completed plumbing and construction work in my laundry room. The job was led by Scott and his team did fantastic work. The team included Daniel (tiling) and Alan (plumbing) as well as two or three others whose names I unfortunately didn't get. All technicians were professional and thoughtful in the approach to their work. Have used BH several times. I can always count on the staff to show up, show up on time, be courteous, neat and to know what they are talking about. Most importantly, I've found this is a company that stands behind its work, which is very rare. I give them huge props for their integrity.

Jeff came out right on time for new faucet & garbage disposal installation. They were also able to accomodate some add on services last minute which was extremely helpful. Jeff was excellent to work with. He was knowledgeable and kept us well informed of the status of repairs.

They do a great job. I've used them alot in the last 6 months. My house is 95 yo although you might not know it, it is well cared for by My Plumber.

I had a TOTO toilet that was over filling and the fill valve was non-adjustable. So I bought the best one TOTO makes and put it in. Unfortunately the line from the wall stop valve leaked and I called for help by a plumber here. He put it in and it works well. However I thought I was charged too much for the work (I did most of the work).

I called EZ Plumbing USA through their website for fixing a pipe leak. The kitchen pipe had an undetected leak due to which it would drip 24/7 but I didn’t know the source. Their plumber instantly identified it. The leak was big. I thought he may ask me to change the pipeline but he didn’t. He only replaced the pipe and fixed the other parts as well. I appreciate his hard work. You should try them if you need a plumber in Orange County.

Great experience! Had a leak in my tub that almost floods the entire house. Promax came in fast, gave us a fair estimate and got it done on time and on budget. First time using but not the last. Highly recommended!

We used  Fox Plumbing after getting bids from 3 other competitors for a full house repipe, water heater replacement and replacing a significant section of cast iron under adjoining bathrooms. Fox was the only one to not try to dissuade us from using permits. They took to the time to hear our concerns, answer every single one of our questions in a very detailed manner helped guide us in picking the right products for our needs and were very patient with us. We found their prices fair, and they worked with us on the change orders, and were respectful of our budget. We took advantage of their financing option (will update this post if needed), which helped give us the confidence and the option to make adjustments on the fly.We worked mainly with Steve throughout the quoting process, planning and with regards to scope changes. Fernando and Ryan were the main onsite crew, and worked some long hours to get the job done in the agreed on timeframe, despite some unexpected surprises. They did their best to be accommodating and were very easy to work with. They kept me up to date, were professional, and there were no problems that they didn't solve.We plan on using Fox in the near future to complete the cast iron removal and for some additional smaller plumbing needs.

I had an early morning shower gone bad! The shower handle broke and I could not turn off the water. The tub was filling up fast! I called City and left a distressed call and asked for immediate help. They called me back immediately and said the truck would be at my house within 30 minutes. Chris showed up in 20! He quickly assessed the situation, found the cut off and stopped the water. He told me what was wrong, what it needed, and let me know he had the part on the truck. I was thrilled with the responsive and professionalism. City Plumbing is on my speed dial. Eric and Tony were great. They had to knock part of a wall and ceiling out to expose the problem I had, but examined everything thoroughly. I live in a 1912 home, so it could have been a much bigger repair, but they gave me a really fair price and did a great job. I strongly recommend them.
