José came and did a free estimate for my garbage disposal. He waited around when there was confusion on time. Hope to hire them to fix the job.

My drain is still clogged BUT the technician didn’t try to up sell me on anything and they even said I should explore my options. Seemed trustworthy in telling me what I can do. Seemed experienced by describing similar jobs and pricing around them. I will definitely have them at the top of my list to use them again if I have plumbing issues or if I need something new installed.

Our main line for sewage developed a clog on a Sunday. I called several local plumbers, none of which would come out. I had used Bill Howe years ago, and decided to call them. I provided my info and received a call from the on call plumber just a few minutes later. Justin Gould arrived at the house within 15 minutes. He was professional, enthusiastic, and extremely helpful. He cleared the blockage with 15 minutes. The cost was reasonable, and I highly recommend Bill Howe Plumbing.

We used Plumbing Tree as a recommendation of our regular plumber who was booked out several days. We had a situation with our tankless water heater that needed attention immediately and were able to come out that afternoon. We used  Fox Plumbing after getting bids from 3 other competitors for a full house repipe, water heater replacement and replacing a significant section of cast iron under adjoining bathrooms. Fox was the only one to not try to dissuade us from using permits. They took to the time to hear our concerns, answer every single one of our questions in a very detailed manner helped guide us in picking the right products for our needs and were very patient with us. We found their prices fair, and they worked with us on the change orders, and were respectful of our budget. We took advantage of their financing option (will update this post if needed), which helped give us the confidence and the option to make adjustments on the fly.We worked mainly with Steve throughout the quoting process, planning and with regards to scope changes. Fernando and Ryan were the main onsite crew, and worked some long hours to get the job done in the agreed on timeframe, despite some unexpected surprises. They did their best to be accommodating and were very easy to work with. They kept me up to date, were professional, and there were no problems that they didn't solve.We plan on using Fox in the near future to complete the cast iron removal and for some additional smaller plumbing needs.

Needed a second opinion on plumbing work needed that a different company kept quoting me. Something felt off about the recommendation. Got a hold of Scott with PL Electric and he came out, same day, to take a look for that second opinion. Not only did Scott (and trainee) fix the issue that kept reoccurring, they did it for FAR LESS then the other guys! AND! Scott walked me through everything, step by step, as well as giving some recommendations to help ensure the issue never comes up again (Which I have already done and, what do you know, issue hasn't come back!). Scott understood the time crunch my wife and I were in, since at the time my wife was days away from labor with our first child. Scott and I chatted quite a bit, all the while he was walking me through everything he did. To top everything, EVERYTHING, off, as a courtesy and congrats on the baby PL Electric did all of the work free of charge! The owner, Jaime (sp?) gave me a call to let me know of the professional courtesy, which brought my wife to tears in gratitude!Don't go anywhere else, don't bother with any other plumbers (Trust me, had we gone with PL in the first place, we could've saved around $400 in needless repair work). Lifesavers!! I called on a weekend with a broken gas line. The repair was made and inspected by the county by Wednesday. They were efficient, respectful of the property, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!
