Brandon was great! After our home inspection revealed a lot of bathroom fixture errors, I was nervous and a little embarrassed to have our bathrooms looked at. Brandon was very knowledgable and made me feel at ease! He knew what needed to be replaced and caulked, not to mention he was perfectly on time!

I had a great experience with them. 2 days ago I called them to find the leak in my house. I reached to several companies, but they didn't find the leak accurately, but their plumber named John did the best job. I would highly recommend this company for plumbing work.

Fantastic experience start to finish. Had a clogged shower that was threatening to overflow and could’ve been a huge disaster. Called Rotor Hero Plumbing and Jacob was here within 90 minutes. He was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping solve the problem. He keep working on the clogged drain until he could pinpoint what the problem was and then solved it. Highly recommend this company and if possible, ask for Jacob!

I called EZ plumbing 24 hour emergency line and they helped me over the phone. I was so grateful that they walked me through the process and also used photos and text to troubleshoot. They also saved me hundreds of dollars that I would have had to spend for them to come out on Labor Day weekend. I appreciate everything they’ve done for me in my time of need. It’s nice that we still have companies that care about their customers and have great employees such as Anthony. Thanks again!

We had a sewage clog in the main 3” line on a Saturday afternoon. We were desperate. Called Ideal Plumbing and In less than an hour an Ideal technitian, Jose, arrived, went to work, and solved the problem. He was a polite young man who displayed pride in the quality of his work. He told us the cause of the problem, cleaned the area, and left it in better shape than he found it.

We had a main line clog at a rental property. Rescue Rooter sent out a tech named Tom the next day who was friendly and professional, and most important he cleared the clog in no time. The tenant and I were very relieved. From past experience with different companies I was apprehensive to use one of the big guys but in the end I couldn't have been happier.

This place is unbelievable. I scheduled for an estimator to come out to give us a quote on AC installation. The first time around the technician never showed up. They called after the 2 hours window that they have me to reschedule. I was reluctant but they insisted that they want to assist. We rescheduled and they never showed again! And no phone call either! Such a disappointment and waste of my time!

These guys did an outstanding job, especially Mr. Erik Charles who actually performed the work. It's been a week since installation, and have zero problems. Everything works perfectly. These guys are the real deal. Excellent customer service, local guys who care about the quality of their work and reputation. If you are hesitating, don't! Call these guys. To start off, Perry Plumbing was the only company that is open in my area. My experience with them on the phone was very professional and was honest about the time it will take for the plumber, Trevor, is going to come over. Once Trevor got to my house, he was professional and instantly apologized that it took him a while but it was understandable as they only have a few plumbers that are working over time. He instantly inspected the attic where I had the pipe burst and immediately started working on the problem. Trevor's work was top notch and and provided me with the copper that had a hole in it to present to my insurance company. On top of that, Perry Plumbing includes 1 year warranty on the section of the pipe that they had fixed which reassures me of their craftmanship and customer service. He also gave me suggestion on how to prevent these catastrophic accidents and I will be calling them again for upgrades and (cross my fingers) accidents. Perry Plumbing will be on my speed dial for sure!
