The guys showed up on time on a Sunday. They were very professional and solved my hot water circulation problem in a matter of minutes. They obviously know their stuff. Now they're on my speed dial.

We had our main sewer line replaced as it was aging cast iron. AJ came out to scope it and understand and bid the job. They came in competitive and could do the work fast.The good was they were on time and worked through a couple tough spots to finish the job on budget.The bad was they damaged out main water supply that had to be repaired and slowed things down a bit.The good was they stuck with it and finished out the job as promised despite a tough connection to the city clay. I don't think any job like this is cookie cutter, but Team Rooter worked through it and did what they said they would do.

This has been a long drawn out process. We had 4 quotes for our new air conditioning. Although Anderson did not come in the least expensive we liked the professionalism and warranty. But things went downhill from there. Communication was horrible. We were to have our install Monday morning and I had to call Friday just before 5 to find out when they were coming. Upon install they could not get the wireless thermostat to install and said they were going to send someone back out to connect it. I again had to call 4 days later to find out when someone was coming to fix or replace it. He could not fix it- and had to come back again with a new unit. Sooooo we thought everything was great and then we got a call that they installed the incorrect (Lower power) unit. So we had to schedule another install date. Again no one called to let us know when they were coming out- a “discount check” was promised to be mailed or brought with the technician and of course it wasn’t so they had to send a runner with the check. Bottom line we are super happy with the product and all of the people that come to our home. But the people in the office lack all sorts of professionalism.

Endangered, the plumber was very cordial and professional. He cleared my drain, explained the cause of the problem and fixed the issue. He even went HD to purchase a part I needed to ensure my issues would be fixed. I thank Ehsan and Elite for their service and commitment to satisfying the customer!!

We called My Plumber on a Sunday morning because all of our toilets were backing up and water was coming out from the floor from one of them: big crisis.Chris arrived within the hour. After a look around he told us what the problem(s) might be and what solution he had and an estimate of costs. He said it would take a little more prodding to make sure it was in fact what he thought, and if it was OK with us he'd go ahead. The estimate sounded reasonable and everything he said made sense, so ahead he went and had everything up and running in no time (even though he had to take out one of the toilets and redo the seal, etc).Very professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy tech; courteous too.A great company with a strong work ethic. We had a badly clogged sewer and were unable to use toilet, bath, kitchen sink, washing machine, fish washer, etc. I called (another) 5-star plumber from Yelp and they could not come until three days later. I then called Exodus. Mauricio was available and showed up within 30 minutes! He was super-professional. He have us a reasonable quote and went to work right away. He removed the toilet and found a blockage. Reinstalled the toilet, tried everything out, and remarked that the clog was still not entirely gone. He then repeated the process. So he basically did the job twice and did not change the price. Everything has been running great since and we could not be happier! I sure don’t hope we’ll need a plumber again soon, but if it happens I know who to call! Thank you so much Mauricio.

Helped us navigate a complicated issue for an old toilet/plumbing. Were honest that pricing would be cheaper to buy a new toilet than to reorder the part—gave pricing for both. Our issue was further complicated by having a rear-assembly toilet, which are not easy to find—they helped us source this. Actual service of installation was timely, fast & professional. Easy Flow Sewer was under contract with the City of San Diego. The put in a sewer clean out from our property to the street. They did a great job and returned our front yard back to its original condition. They were very courteous and kept us informed.

We've used AR twice, once for a leaking hot water heater that needed replacement that day. They did that very professionally that same day (I called late morning, it was done by 5 pm). We also had some evaluation and work on our water regulator valve and some shower fixture install work. All done professionally and all explained to us.

This was the second time we had Kenneth, from HPS, at our house. Once was for a garbage disposal install, this time was to repair a broken water line in our yard. Both times we have been very happy with HPS. Their quality work and professionalism are greatly appreciated.

After trying for several hours to unclog the toilet in the bathroom, using Drano in two different plungers from Home Depot, I was unsuccessful. Once the frustration sit in, I googled a plumber in the area. The great part about it is they had their phone number listed I called and the plumber picked up by the third ring was very polite informative and arrive within 20 minutes.He took all the necessary steps to make sure that our toilet was back fully functioning. Excellent service! I had a sewer line back up at a rental property with tenants moving in. I called MVP and they were out within an hour. They ran the camera through the line, showed me the cause of the blockage was old rusted galvanized pipe. They cleaned out the entire pipe and installed a clean out (god knows why one wasn't installed when the house was built) all on the same day. You can't find better service than this.
