They came to unclog the lines at my other home in encanto awhile back. Mike, Michael Reyes stuck his power washer into the line which then got stuck.. he said the only way to take it out would be for me to hire some one to dig and cut open the line then threatened to charge us extra for every hour his power washer was stuck like it was our fault. Neighbors ended up pulling the power washer out with teamwork.. but not before Mike threatened us with having to buy him a new washer if we damaged it. After we finally got it out Mike said we would have to hire a better company with better tools to fix the problem but even though he couldn't complete the job we have to pay him in full. So finally we sent him on his way.. there was just one problem the probably about 20-50 gallons he pulled from my hose, into the power washer reservoir. Michael Reyes's vehicle lacked the ability to pull the weight uphill.. and began turning tires... Michael Reyes not confident in his ability to back out down the hill to the other exit continued to attempt the hill climb losing control and smashing into my fence. After a tense conversation Reyes promised me to my face he would return the next day to fix my fence we closed with a handshake.. My neighbor fixed it a week later. New post and 2 by 4s had to be purchased because Mike decide he was going to put a saw to my fence to free himself. Called office and the lady sitting in the passenger seat of Reyes vehicle answered so I must assume he's the boss.. which warrants a good laugh.

I had MVP Rooter come out to replace my water heater on a Monday after it started leaking in my garage Sunday. Very professional from start to finish. After the appointment was set, I received a text reminder with the information about who and when a technician would be out to my home. First impression was truck and uniformed plumber, Chris, both looked top notch. Chris was also very polite. Most importantly, I received professional service and a quality, brand water heater for an excellent price. I will definitely use them again and refer them to my friends.

Excellent service! I had a sewer line back up at a rental property with tenants moving in. I called MVP and they were out within an hour. They ran the camera through the line, showed me the cause of the blockage was old rusted galvanized pipe. They cleaned out the entire pipe and installed a clean out (god knows why one wasn't installed when the house was built) all on the same day. You can't find better service than this. Sergio and MVP were awesome

AFTER PAYING $23000 WE WOULD HOPE THAY THEY ACTUALLY FINISHED THE JOB!!!!! MAKE SURE YOU VERIFY THEIR WORK!!I called MVP on a Sunday afternoon for a back up in my rental units. They had someone at the property by the evening. Rene was very helpful in telling us to wait until Monday morning to lower the costs, they were back the next day and let us know what needed to be done within a few hours. We instantly felt like we could trust Rene so we moved forward with their proposal and they began working on the property. It was a big job, the main pipe running to the sump pump had to be replaced.The main reason for 3 stars is because they did not finish the job and I wish I would of verified the pipe installation before they covered it up with concrete, because the fact that they left things undone gives me a bad feeling that the main job wasn't fully done. I wish that I didn't pay them before checking out the property because maybe I would not be writing this review. Rene even came to my job to ensure they got paid right away and he assured me that everything was going to be taken care of. It is now August and it's still not done. They left a giant rock on the sidewalk and the newly filled concrete has a huge gap and it was not like this before!! My friend Ryan referred me and he didn’t disappoint! Aaron was on time and extremely nice! He was in and out within 20 minutes and my toilet fixed. I would 100% recommend them and use them again!

These guys really bailed us out of a messy situation when the main sewage line going from our house to the street collapsed. First we called Anderson plumbing and they sent a guy out that wanted to charge us over $4000 to replace every pipe under the house because he couldn’t figure out how to get his camera in to find where the broken line was. So we called MVP and they came out and located the collapsed line in less than 20 mins. They dug out the broken pipe and replaced it and also put a clean out in, for around $1000. I would use them again them again no question, it’s hard to find a decent plumber that’s not going to try and pull some shady up sell tactics or just be outright incompetent like Anderson.

I can honestly say, this company is a good company you can trust, I highly recommend this company to my friends and family because of how much they have helped me, even after business hours, they don’t charge over time, Mike the owner is extremely involved, you can tell he really cares about helping homeowners, not just making money.If you need a plumber, CALL MVP

Very professional, very courteous!!!! Mike and Eddie were the gentlemen that came by to fix a clogged sewer drain. They showed up within 30 minutes of being called. The equipment was clean and ready to be used. They went in, found the issue, and within 30-40 minutes the clog was fixed. Highly recommended!!! Thank you gentlemen

Mikey Came to my shop and helped me out with a clogged Drian. He showed up Fast. Got busy. He called in for some help then Alex and Mike shows up and then found tge problems and knocked them out the way. Free flowing again thanks to the MVP rooter crew! ????

Shined a light under the sink, told me my garbage disposal needed to be replaced. Charged me 79 dollars just to shine a light under my sink for 5 mins. Total rip off. Stay away.

Had a waterheater burst at my home they came right out and fixed it for us very quickly - great responsiveness and quality work
