I paid them $5,000 to clear a clogged main drain. Because I had used them a couple of times before and had thought that although they were not competitively priced, but their work was thorough, I neglected to check their work this time. I got up at 2 am to find my bathtub filled with black water and all of my plumbing unuseable. Had them back out to repair my plumbing, left a message that I felt ripped off C 18 days ago, received a call that they would review my complaint, and have heard nothing since. Feel ripped off, taken advantage of and poured $5000 down the drain

He responded quickly, he was very professional and knowledgeable, as well as personable, unclogged my sinks and unexplained very clearly what the problem was. I will call him in the future if I have a need for any plumbing issues. He was very reasonably priced compared to others that I have used in the past. I would recommend him anytime.

Helped us navigate a complicated issue for an old toilet/plumbing. Were honest that pricing would be cheaper to buy a new toilet than to reorder the part—gave pricing for both. Our issue was further complicated by having a rear-assembly toilet, which are not easy to find—they helped us source this. Actual service of installation was timely, fast & professional. Would recommend & use again.

Had a plumbing emergency, our toilet clogged after a spicy wing challenge with friends. Called a few places and had to wait a couple days, it’s not a good idea when all your roommates are men.
