Powers Plumbing has completed several projects on our home and all of them done to a high standard and most very cost effectively. They charge by the hour and work efficiently whereas many plumbers charge by the overall job regardless of how quickly they’re finished. We have been very happy with them not only because of the good work but because if there has ever been an issue after they leave, they come back promptly and address it. If they can fix rather than replace, that’s the first thing they try to do. If it’s something that should have been done differently the first time, they work cheerfully and don’t charge. In short, they act like a neighborhood business - one which understands that their long-term reputation is more important than today’s profit. I will use them anytime - as long as the ownership and business practices stays the same. Ive found them to be solid and trustworthy people.

I have used this company a few times to fix a leak and also install an in-line water heater. They are very knowledgeable, reliable, and promptly replies to questions/follow-up. Very professional. Highly recommended.

I have an old heater with a lot of problems but getting a change of $75 to be told that and can’t be worked on. Requested a control valve replacement quote only. So $75 for info I already knew and a 10 minute flashlight inspection. Guy didn’t even have a lighter to test the pilot. Never addressed me as sir or Mr and just walked out after signature. No have a nice day sir, or even bye. Had to sweep up after his dirty feet too.

Gil came in to the rescue today and did a fantastic job. Definitely will contact him again for future issue.He’s very helpful and explained every detail.

I was very satisfied with the service provided by Gilbert. He and his helper were on time and quickly and efficiently got the job done. I did not shop around for price so I can not comment as to whether it was the best deal in town, however, they responded quickly to my inquiry and the price seemed reasonable. I sent pictures and they were able to bring exactly what was needed to replace my existing fixtures. He replaced a new faucet in the kitchen and a new sink in the bathroom. I was concerned that removing the old sink might cause damage to the existing granite but Gilbert handled the job carefully and without incident. There was a problem in turning off the cold water under the bathroom sink so it was necessary for him to replace the shutoff valve. My only suggestion would be to have the workers wear covers on their shoes when entering the house, but aside from that I would not hesitate to call them again for future service.

I am very pleased with their excellent service, attention to detail and professionalism. Tony came to my house and spent all day and half the night fixing a very clogged bathroom sink. He was friendly, and professional. He kept me updated throughout the day with his progress. He never left me in the dark. Will definitely use them again!

Honestly, I’m amazed at the dedication EZ Plumbing USA serves with. House construction was going on and we needed plumbers help to fit the underground pipeline. I came across them through their website. We scheduled the meeting. Their plumber arrived and saw the work. He quoted the amount and time which was lower than other plumbers in Orange County. So we agreed. Daily, they would arrive on time and work well with the team.I closely monitored their work and I loved it.

They were very responsive and able to fix my problem the same day.I had two clogs from both my bathrooms and they were able to clear it out from my roof. They identified that my sewer line would need to be repaired due to have a break in the pipe. They repaired the sewer line and installed a clear out as well to make it easier to clear clogs from the home for future issues.They were super affordable and professional! They support the troops! I would recommend to anyone needing services especially military!Overall 5 stars for the quick response, attention to detail, and customer support!!

Morey Plumbing saved my day. I had an old shower valve that was beyond repair. Jeff Morey was on time, friendly, professional, and helpful. He even left my shower cleaner than when he got here. Though the total cost was more than I had hoped to spend, the price was fair and the shower is fixed...today!
