AC unit condensation drain clogged and leaked through two floors of my house. Dealt with both the AC and plumbing sides of the company. Neither appeared to communicate with each other. After one week and four different reps coming out to look/diagnose/repair the problem, I was told they couldn’t find anything and there was no visual sign of water/moisture. ServPro came out later in the day with a moisture meter. Moisture all throughout my walls and ceiling in the area. Walls are being torn out now. Will not do business with Anderson again. Way too difficult, confusing to coordinate as a front end customer.

I called EZ Plumbing USA through their website for fixing a pipe leak. The kitchen pipe had an undetected leak due to which it would drip 24/7 but I didn’t know the source. Their plumber instantly identified it. The leak was big. I thought he may ask me to change the pipeline but he didn’t. He only replaced the pipe and fixed the other parts as well. I appreciate his hard work. You should try them if you need a plumber in Orange County.

Overcharged. I used this company expecting a fair price they charged me $650 for a main line clear out and I called 3 other plumbers and they told me they charge $125 to $200. Very upset this is a real rip off from a company I thought was good.

I have used City Plumbers on a few occasions. Each time the arrival is on time and the work is completed to my satisfaction. Chris and Amanda kept me updated as to the expected arrival time. I will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone who will listen to me!

Our 3 1/2 year old water heater pilot was unable to ignite. It couldn’t have happened at a worse time!! We went 2 days without hot water until I was able to reach the manufacture warranty department of which they sent out DIY replacement parts. After receiving the tracking number, parts would be delivered in the next 10 days. Not okay! After calling back and waiting on the phone for another hour, they were able to expedite the parts. When the parts finally arrived, they were not compatible with the water heater. This is when I called Affordable Water Heater to help.My first experience was with dispatch (Diane) was very professional and over accommodating. She offered same day service.In the first attempt to reignite the pilot, Kellen came out and spent over an hour trying to determine the problem. Unfortunately he was unable to re-ignite the pilot as the whole assembly was defective. He recommended the replacement parts.Once the replacement parts arrived, nothing was lining up and I didn’t want to take the chance of messing up any of the components as this is propane heater. I called back to Affordable and they sent Lee and Miguel. These two worked for over three hours trying to configure the new parts. They got it lit but unfortunately it failed after a few hours due to the manufacture parts parts being incompatible.They were all very upfront and honest with me. They shared their past work experiences with my specific brand and told me these are very common problems. After all the hard work they put in I trusted them with their opinion and expertise and decided to replace the water heater.Lee came back out over the weekend and installed a new heater and also went out of his way to restructure my water pump to a more efficient use. Everything was done to perfection. He clearly takes great pride in his work. He educated me on his work and I was very grateful they were able to get out and help me so quickly.In summary, we were without hot water for 10 days waiting for warranty manufacture parts. Thankfully the warranty was still in place and I was offered a store credit for my purchase from the manufacturer. I did not choose to have the same brand replacement as these problems most likely would arise in the next few years again.I am a local real estate agent and pride myself on customer service. It’s nice to experience companies that also have the consumers best interest in mind. I would never hesitate to recommend Affordable Water Heater and Lee, Kellen, and Miguel to perform any of the work.
