We called out Discount Plumbing because we had a broken underground water pipe is leaking all over our driveway and down the street we called the Discount Plumbing main phone number and a gentleman by the name of Cody answered the phone and explain the situation he said that’s an emergency I need to come out right away he came out was there within 25 minutes shut off the water did a fantastic job he had to pull out concrete fix the water pipe being put it all back in one day I would highly recommend this company called he was fantastic thank you again Cody

Bill Howe responded to my call immediately, scheduled a plumber to come out an hour later (yes, I said the next hour!), they called before they came, and 30m later the problem was solved. I can’t say enough about Asher from Bill Howe: he was a consummate professional and gave a comprehensive report of what he did, as well as giving us great advice on how to keep the grease out of the sink drain. I’d be grateful to work with him again, although Bill Howe has always been a reliable and reasonably priced service!

I cannot say enough great things about this company! I drive by their location every day from work and finally had a reason to call. The dispatchers were courteous and efficient. I was given a window between 12-2 and Brandon was at my house at 12:15 with a courtesy call. All my drains had overflowed, I had raw sewage all over the floor. The technicians worked tirelessly over a period of two hours snaking, cleaning, and hydrojetting (didn't know this even existed) my lines. They came out for 96/hr which I thought was extremely fair with an additional (slightly more expensive) charge for the jetting. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone. I called EZ plumbing 24 hour emergency line and they helped me over the phone. I was so grateful that they walked me through the process and also used photos and text to troubleshoot. Ascend came out and performed a sewer scope and locate for us. They were fast, professional and tidy. I would highly recommend them, and I will use them again for any plumbing work I need.

Called these guys to clean out my storm drains and they found a disconnected pipe from my backyard to my front storm drain (which explained why it was backing up into my yard)… they came, diagnosed, and fixed the issue! It was a big job as they had to lift up just grass and work underneath it - and my grass looks untouched. They were very professional, timely, honest, and reliable! Will definitely use them again!

My kitchen sink was clogged up and the owner (Javier) came out the following day to look at the problem himself as the rest of his team was backed up for the rest of the week. Javier was very professional and friendly. Our clogged drain was unfortunately a more complex issue because of the type of plumbing we have with sharp 90 degree turns where everything was getting stuck so it wasn't a fast easy fix. Javier even crawled under our house to see what was going on as we had the ABS piping that should normally not back up. Now that's service! I highly recommend Javier and Get Rooter & Pluming.
