We had a clogged toilet that plunging and a 3 ft toilet auger wouldn't fix. I called Discount Plumbing and they scheduled an appointment for me as early as possible. Jose came, was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful, and got the job done! There were roots growing out of the pipes, which we had never seen before. But Jose quickly got it all out, cleaned it all up, and the toilet works perfectly fine now! He also gave us very helpful next steps for further follow-up regarding our pipes. I will definitely be using Discount Plumbing again in the future!!

Our technician, Andrew, was able to come out the same day later that afternoon. He did a comprehensive analysis of the plumbing problems. He was honest, personable, and thorough. We received a fair estimate without upselling and once we agreed, he completed the work quickly. He also gave us estimates for other work we inquired about that didn't need to be done at that moment, but in the near future. I did have my own perception of what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised they were very professional they explained everything to me prior and after they chat at the drain it was nice talking to someone that could explain stuff and if I had then have to make a choice again I will remember this experience and probly use them again

I came across All Star Plumbing & Restoration through review only and decided to give them a call to fix the slab leak. They promptly answered my call and gave a reasonable quote. They detected the slab leak quickly and suggested what should be done. They rerouted the water pipe through the attic and wall and fixed the slab leak the same day. They rechecked the leak and verified that there is no other leaks. We are really grateful to All Star Plumbing & Restoration for their excellent service.

Best plumbing company in San Diego!! Charlie was the only company that called back. They came right away and they were super friendly and professional and fixed our clogged main line. We had Sam out to two homes. My parents are interested in converting to a tankless water heater. He provided an honest assessment, listened to their needs and was thorough. He then came to my house to drain the water heater and fix two toilets. Again, very honest and helped me to understand the issues.
