We needed our toilet fixed ASAP called Team Rooter they sent out Alex. Alex was very professional got the job done. I like that he let me know what he’d be done every step of the way and the price. We would definitely use Team Rooter again and ask for Alex to come back out.

We are in escrow to purchase a house. My agent set it up with PIC who quoted $350 for a sewer scope to our agent. 30 minutes before the appointment, the plumber called to tell me that the cost is $1200. When I asked why the costs went up, the plumber said it was because this was an escrow and the bid could get used for us to bid for another company to do the repair. Regardless if the home is in escrow or if a person already owns the home, a sewer scope can always be used for another company to do a repair. Bad excuse and poor business ethics. This is an attempt at taking advantage of people on a tight timeline, who may or may not be informed of what the quoted rate. A sewer scope should never be more than $400.

My tenant in Orange county thought there was leak in the house because she heard the sound of water dropping. All Star came and told my tenant the sound was probably from within the pipe . Few days later my tenant called me again. so this time I tried to get second opinion, Pristine Plumbing was called in. They probably could have told us the same thing in short time, instead they spent hours checking, then told us there is no leaking but came up a list of repair and charged me a few hundred $ for checking. The repair list would cost me about $1800. One item is that my pressure regulator needs be replaced with a big one. The regulator is same as other 200 or so homes in the community and that regulator has been used for about 30 years. Allstar does business with honest!

Mickey was AMAZING. This company is great. They fix long term problems not just a quick fix.Mickey came to fix my bathroom sink because of a clog. He was very personable and knowledgeable. We had a leak in the front yard that became a huge issue very quickly. They were responsive, extremely friendly and accomodating. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company and the people who work there. They did an amazing job, the front yard actually looked even better after they were done. They even took the time to meet our dogs so that they were more comfortable and wouldn't bark as much while they were working. And they worked overtime to finish BEFORE the estimated time. Seriously, if you have anything, call them.

I had a clogged shower drain and called like 1230 in the afternoon. Lucky for me they just had an opening... Emilio was out front within the 45 min of my initial call. Fast and efficient. I will definitely use them in the future.

We used  Fox Plumbing after getting bids from 3 other competitors for a full house repipe, water heater replacement and replacing a significant section of cast iron under adjoining bathrooms. Fox was the only one to not try to dissuade us from using permits. They took to the time to hear our concerns, answer every single one of our questions in a very detailed manner helped guide us in picking the right products for our needs and were very patient with us. We found their prices fair, and they worked with us on the change orders, and were respectful of our budget. We took advantage of their financing option (will update this post if needed), which helped give us the confidence and the option to make adjustments on the fly.We worked mainly with Steve throughout the quoting process, planning and with regards to scope changes. Fernando and Ryan were the main onsite crew, and worked some long hours to get the job done in the agreed on timeframe, despite some unexpected surprises. They did their best to be accommodating and were very easy to work with. They kept me up to date, were professional, and there were no problems that they didn't solve.We plan on using Fox in the near future to complete the cast iron removal and for some additional smaller plumbing needs.

Randy responded to my call shortly after I left a message late on a Saturday afternoon. He promised to help first thing Sunday morning, which he did with an estimate. Once approved, he came right over and quickly resolved the problem with the hot water heater pilot. As a bonus, he also adjusted a leaky toilet valve while he was here. He was polite, friendly, efficient and a very good communicator.
