Steven and the other guys that came to help made a great team. They were knowledgeable and got our toilet and plumbing main fixed professionally and promptly. They were mindful about muddy shoes and wore slip ons to keep our house as clean as possible. All in all, we were happy with their work.

Daniel called to remind that he was on his way. He showed up promptly and ready for anything. Right away looking at our sump pump, we wanted to confirm with his senior plumber, with photos, to make sure he was approaching things properly. But once he came back, he had a plan and got right to it.He wanted to prepare us by saying there was a chance a new pump might need to be ordered but that he'll be removing the pump to test outside. He removed the cover to discover a buildup that had not broken down naturally and gave suggestions on how to avoid it in the future.After removing what was critical and most of the water he discovered the pump activated once again and a removal would not be necessary.Daniel then put everything back together again, cleaned everything up as if he had not been there. He then explained that they could come out to help maintain the pump in a scheduled basis of we like and what our would cost and what was involved.From what I experienced and gathered, this company seems to be very honest and a pleasure to work with. I have an HVAC maintenance plan with Bill Howe, and the technician recommended installing a kickoff sensor to prevent flooding in the attic in case the condensation line ever was obstructed. Fast forward several months later and today that sensor saved me from a flood because it did its job and kicked the thermostat off when it the line became blocked. Very happy with the service I receive from Bill Howe and now use them for all plumbing and HVAC needs.

Best plumbing experience I ever had with a plumbing company in Orange County. EZ Plumbing USA helped me identify the hidden leak in the drain pipe. They detected the source without disturbing the system. Their plumber sensed water pressure and noise then used advanced equipment to finally detect the leak. He fixed the leak after identifying the source and without breaking anything. I admire his expertise and knowledge. I do suggest you take their help!!!!

Fuentes is a family business. From the first moment I panicked called to Ruth with sewage water about to spill over my my shallow shower stall, she handled it with professionalism and ensured me that technicians will be out ASAP. Then Pablo and Cesar showed up and took care of one of the shower blockage and as Cesar was showing me the final result he noticed the toilet bubbling up. He knew right away that it was main sewage line problem. We looked for it and he asked if it’s ok to perform since it’s a condo unit and main line involves HOA. As I said yes to him, HOA president showed up at my doorstep and started lecturing. Cesar tried to diffuse the situation and showed him the problem. He agreed to pay for cleaning out the main line to the city sewage line. The whole thing was all done in a couple of hours. I can’t thank them enough. If they didn’t solve it, both units at the bottom would have been flooded with sewage water. They are professional, courteous and have all the right tools. Vic is awesome! We have a commercial water heater on propane so that parts were hard to find. Vic called all around town and then got us the parts for free under a warranty. He came out quickly and was very communicative and easy to work with!
