I hired Elite Rooter to come in and replace the pipe from the foundation of the house to the city connect. The contract was written very clearly Elite Rooter will install CIPP (cured in place pipefrom clean outs to city connection. When the contract was agreed upon, I was out of town and a tenant who lived on site was coordinating with me through the duration of the repairs. The project cost a total of $12,000.00 with a 25-year warranty on all materials. Invoice was paid and work was completed. Less than a year later I had issues again with sewage coming up in a bathtub. When I called Elite rooter they sent someone out the same day. When the technician arrived he ran a camera on the pipe and came to the conclusion that roots were growing into the 45-degree elbow before the city connection. After a long phone call the technician informed me that this was a new issue and was not related to the original contract, therefore not covered. They gave me a new estimate for $4,700.00 to replace the pipe over the phone. I requested a written contract for the work via email or in person but never received one. I called them and asked to speak with the manager, the manager then told me he would look into the issue and call me back. I never heard back after three weeks. I called three times thereafter in a two-week period with no response. I hired a different plumber who showed me that the work was never completed.Bottom line, they said the work was complete and the issue fixed and it was not. Yet they charged me and pretended like the work was done and screened my phone calls after. I feel like they intentionally did not send me a written contract for the second repair because it would directly contradict the first contract making them liable.I will never use this company again and I will make sure that anyone I know will never trust this company.

Our kitchen sink had been draining slowly for quite some time so we decided to call a plumber. Saw an ad so we phoned this company. Jesus, the technician, ran an electric snake down the drain from a clean-out and cleared it quickly. We thought we had roots in the line from prior plumbing experiences with our drain lines so Javier, a supervisor, checked it with a camera and to our surprise the cast iron line was okay. We are likely to have our house remodeled in the future and would not hesitate to have Mr. Rooter Plumbing take care of any plumbing changes. Both employees were courteous and professional.

After an initial mix up with our first technician, this company redeemed itself by coming out a second time and corrected the issue. I appreciated the follow up by the manager and phone operators.

Easy Flow Sewer was under contract with the City of San Diego. The put in a sewer clean out from our property to the street. They did a great job and returned our front yard back to its original condition. They were very courteous and kept us informed.

I had a plumbing backup in my bathroom main line. They came out and told me they would need to demo my toilet to fix the issue. The total bill came out to $5,670. Would not attempt to snake out the clog through my shower drain, which was also backed up.A friend referred me to another plumber. He came out and used a snake along with some sodium tablets and hot water down the shower drain. He charged me $220. Let me know if you need somebody who isnt' going to price gouge you.

Lee Frei serviced my water heater found no major problems. Did a regular maintenance flush that was badly needed. Then he found the ACTUAL issue of a broken pressure regulator and repaired it quickly and professionally

Really a rip off. Totally overcharge and take advantge of customers. Called them out to clear a drain, then charged me a crazy price for labor and parts, and tried to tell me I needed more work. Got in to big argument with the guy.

I called RPM on a Saturday because of a leak (we had to keep the water shut off until someone could help us). Our tech was there within 2 hours! Ivan was courteous and did an excellent job with repairs. Pricing was also very reasonable, considering the amount of work that needed to be done. He fixed the leak quickly and affordably!
